Timely, effective, professional and a good value

Worst

Got rid of a good bit of spiders but they are still getting the house even after I had the inside and outside sprayed. And my patio stays covered in them

Nikki, Leslie and Mary are all A+ in my eyes. Nikki answers our calls and gets us on the schedule for pest control. Leslie and Mary have come to our rental properties with knowledge and experience and always ready to guide us. I could not ask for better service from these 3! more

I have used Dugas Pest Control for almost 50 years and would not trust my pest control services to anyone else. Smooth work, picked up after themselves and did what they said they were going to do. 3/17/2016

Dugas Pest Control did the trim on my slam for termites and then they came back after my house was done so they could do an installation for preventing termites. Everything went really smoothly, they picked up after themselves, they didn't leave a mess in the yard or anything like that and I just think they do what they say they are going to do. more

Dugas Pest Control did fine and I really don't have time to do this but I can quickly say that I was satisfied with their service. I wouldn't give anybody a 5 but I would give them the closest thing possible, a 4.5 if I could. They were very good. more

Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. 3/10/2016

One thing that I liked about Dugas Pest Control was that they pest control person that came was very friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable and efficient. The whole operation was smooth and the billing process was good. I've been using them for 20 years so it's save to say I will continue to do so. I'm about to hire somebody to do work on a tree at my house and I will probably hire Dugas to do that. more

I want thank Mr Dugas for the job he gave when I was going thru school , this man knew I was in school but still supported me even through he knew that when I finish , I would not be working for him, I believe I am not alone and given this job years ago, I am now in my fifths and wanted to thank him for the life he gave me when he hire me and knew that I was not going to work for him in the future as my school put me in the medical field, Thank you Dugas Pest Control for doing the jobs well done, sinerely Mark Purpera more

Highly recommended 3/2/2016

I had problem with silverfish and it has gotten a lot better. Dugas Pest Control is very professional. They call me back very quickly and always arrive promptly. They are an outstanding group of guys at an outstanding company, and I highly recommend them. more

Professional Company Friendly Technician 2/29/2016

On a quarterly basis Dugas Pest Control comes out to my home to do a regular residential spraying. The results are good. I think the prices for the service is a bit high. The technician that does come out is professional, on time, neat and friendly. more

No complaints, good service. 2/24/2016

I wasn't at the home when Dugas Pest Control came but they installed a termite post on the outer edge of the house. But from everything that I can tell everything looks good. I had no issues with them at all and my wife who was there at the time didn't have any issues either. I actually need to have them come back out again, so I will be back. more

Mrs. Debbie is my technician and she is fantastic! Super knowledgeable and fast. Dugas handles all of my quarterly pest needs as well as my termite contract and were able to help set me up for termite treatment at an affordable cost that I was able to spread out over 3 months. The customer service reps have also always been nothing but superb and helpful when dealing with scheduling and payments. I really appreciate that they make something like pest control so easy for a homeowner to handle. more

Got rid of a pesky squirrel 2/23/2016

I was having a problem with a squirrel and the guys over at Dugas Pest Control were able to help me out and take care of it. Squirrels can be really pesky and I had been dealing with this particularly mischievous one for a couple years now, but a quick call over to Dugas Pest Control and they were able to take care of it within a couple of hours. I really appreciate their help and I no longer have to deal with that pesky squirrel! more
