Timely, effective, professional and a good value

Worst

Got rid of a good bit of spiders but they are still getting the house even after I had the inside and outside sprayed. And my patio stays covered in them

Duga's Pest Control were easy to work with, easy to schedule and polite. They sprayed the house and the outside for flea control. Everything turned out fine and there are no reoccurring problems. more

It was an okay experience, but they tried doing a good job. 2/17/2015

Dugas Pest Control came to my house for a bedbug treatment. They came back for a follow-up and then I had to call them back because the bedbugs weren't gone. After that, my cousin gave me a treatment she bought online and that's what actually helped me with my problem. So, I had to call them three times and their treatment did not fully work. more

Have used Dugas for 50 years. That speaks for itself. 1/14/2015

We have used Dugas for 50 years. The builder (Bob Finley) used Dugas for the pre-slab treatment on August 3, 1964 and we have used them ever since. I came to Dugas as a recommendation by my sister. I was unhappy with another company. I am so happy I switched. They are knowledgeable, friendly, on time and communicate with the customer. I started with pest control and also switched my termite protection. You won't be dissapointed with Dugas Pest Control! more

We had call Dugas Pest Control for help with a couple of squirrels that were stuck in the attic and had their babies in there. They came on time and everything came out fine. They also come to spray the exterior of the house; they do a good job and we are pleased with their services. more

What they did was unethical, they double charged me. 11/12/2014

I was not pleased with Dugas Pest Control because they tried to double-dip on my bill. I had asked them to take care of the bats on two of my shutters in the front of my house. The came out and told me the price and charged me another 200 dollars for the second shutter. I paid for it, but I called to complain to the owner and the office manager. They were able to resolve the problem. But, even though they resolved it, I wouldn't recommend them because what they did was unethical. I also ended up treating most of the bats myself. RESPONSE FROM Dugas Pest Control: Very sorry for your unpleasant experience Cathy. I believe this was simply a misunderstanding and I hope that us crediting the other half of your invoice was fair. Awesome service! 11/6/2014

From the first phone call to the last visit, you guys were awesome! I first called after hearing activity in my attic. The ladies in the office were so helpful and always accommodating! Chris came the same day to evaluate the problem and discuss service options. He was so nice and down to earth. After I decided an exclusion was the best way to go, Matthew came out, and start to finish, he was amazing!! Matthew did a great job getting rid of the problem, helping prevent future problems and giving me peace of mind. He definitely made this whole experience so much better. I'm so glad to have had such great service for a not so great problem. You have a great crew! Keep up the good work. Thank you Dugas!! more

They took their time and did a good job. 11/4/2014

Dugas Pest Control are great at taking care of a problem, they follow your requests and finish things in a timely matter. A house next door was torn down and apparently it had a really bad cockroach problem. The cockroaches ended up migrating to our yard and house, which was a bad problem for us. Dugas Pest Control told us what to do and then helped us exterminate them. They did a wonderful job and therefore I still continue to use their services. more

A caring and helpful company. 10/8/2014

I hired Dugas Pest Control to come and clear out some spiders around my apartment. I kind of had a special situation, I live in a fourplex and they were really accommodating about that. I am a student and don't have the best budget but they worked with it .The women who I had the most contact with was really sweet. She stayed on top of everything and she always wanted to help us. They were really attentive and nice. more

Some what satisfied 10/3/2014

I had a problem with ants, so I called Dugas Pest Control. The gentleman who came, Jason or Jeremy I believe his name was, was very professional and pleasant. However, that's all I can really say, as they wanted me to sign up for a yearly contract, and they would come every three months. That was not what I was looking for. Our recommendation of routine pest control is typically the most effective service, however we do offer one-time services. more
