Timely, effective, professional and a good value

Worst

Got rid of a good bit of spiders but they are still getting the house even after I had the inside and outside sprayed. And my patio stays covered in them

Great service 5/23/2016

I had a wonderful experience with Dugas Pest. I called them on a Saturday morning and had a technician to my home that same day. They eased my anxiety over termites, explained everything in great detail, and worked out a convenient payment plan. Could not have asked for anything more from them. more

squirrels in the vent pipe 5/23/2016

3 squirrels made into our vent pipe when the outside cover was broken. Dugas team were very professional in identifying how and where they went from and set up traps and the problem was solved in less a week after I contacted them. serive was exceptional . more

A Good Experience 4/29/2016

We were experiencing termites so we contacted Dugas Pest Control and we've been using them for about a month. The technician had to come out to replace the things they put down into the ground. He was a professional and pleasant young man. Their prices does seem a bit high however, the service has been good so far. more

The service was wonderful, but the scheduling is what's lacking 4/19/2016

I liked everything Dugas Pest Control did. What I didn't like was the scheduling time. They say that they will work with you to come back, but they don't. I had to try to work around their schedule. The guy that came out did everything I asked to him to do with no questions asked, and he didn't say there was an extra charge. There were little holes where rodents could get into the house, and he came out and did the inspection, didn't complain about anything and sealed the holes. It was my first time using them and I don't think I would go back unless their customer service/scheduling is better. more

I called Dugas Pest Control because I had a problem with rats in my house, not that it is much of a problem but I knew that they were running through my attic and walls and eventually getting to my kitchen. I had an older house and they said rats were probably everywhere, so, Dugas came to remove what was there and to make sure that they wouldn't get any further to the house and they did a great job. I think they were very professional and they followed up nicely and did a great job, I was pleased. They explained everything to me really well too about what they were doing. more

Accommodating and helpful. 4/6/2016

Dugas Pest Control has been pretty great. I have had them put down traps for me in various places including the in the attic. They have been very accommodating, polite and kind. They are a five star company, I have had no complaints since using them. The guy that comes out is always accommodating and and very helpful to me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. more

Pretty satisfied with Dugas. 4/1/2016

I wasn't there for the entire process so I'm not sure about everything they did but I know there was supposed to spray a few different places throughout. What kept me from giving them five stars was I have a beam in my living room and they said they were going to spray it but as far as I know it never happened, so I thought that was a little odd. Other than that I assume they did everything they were supposed to do. The guys were very nice and I had no problems with them at all. more

The most impressive part of Dugas Pest Control's service is that they are here on time. I've had several techs, and they are all nice. They spray for multiple things and it all looks good to me. For the longest time they sprayed one room in the garage, and now I'm having the whole house done. The price is fine. more

Dugas Pest Control came for some beetles that was under my house. That was the last time they were here. Like always, they did alright and I didn't have anything against them or what they did. They did a good job as far as I was concerned. The only reason I gave them a 3 is because I thought it was a little bit expensive, that's really the only thing that I wasn't happy about. They were professional and friendly. more

Satisfactory Service 3/22/2016

I've contacted Dugas Pest Control because I was experiencing fleas inside my home. This was supposed to be a one time appointment that would wipe them out for good but that has not happen yet. During the appointment they saturated the carpet with their solution and every 2-3 days I'm required to vacuum it to activate the properties to get rid of the fleas. Other than that, I really don't have nothing bad or negative to say about them. Dugas Pest Control employee's are professional and nice, the lady that answers the phone was pleasant and helpful and the technician was friendly and prompt. more
