The help you receive when calling the office is wonderful! They go above and beyond to handle your needs. Heather was the one who helped me and she was absolutely wonderful. Our technician,Mary she was awesome as well! I have used other companies who cost more and the product did not work and they were not near as friendly! I recommend Dugas to everyone!
