Timely, effective, professional and a good value

Worst

Got rid of a good bit of spiders but they are still getting the house even after I had the inside and outside sprayed. And my patio stays covered in them

I am very happy with my service with Dugas Pest Control. We call them and they usually come right away. We have had raccoon problems before, and they have been very efficient and effective about eradicating the raccoons. more

Dugas Pest Control does a wonderful job. Every time I've called them, they have been here promptly. I have had no issues whatsoever. They come, they spray, and we don't have bugs. They're very professional and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get the job done. more

Very kind employees 8/28/2014

I hired Dugas Pest Control to take care of a termite problem for me, and as far as I can tell they seem to have done a great job. I really enjoyed dealing with the first gentleman that came and gave me an estimate for the project. I was having a tough day for a number of reasons, but his kind and nice demeanor managed to brighten my day. It was a nice experience and I highly recommend their service. Dugas Pest Control has been coming to my house for years now. I usually have them do a perimeter treatment or an interior treatment to prevent any bugs from coming into the house. The treatment always works! more

Dugas Pest Control has been great to work with and I have greatly appreciated the service they've provided me with. The results have been great and I love the level of responsiveness they have provided to me. Every time I have contracted them to come out for a job, they show up prompt and on time with a hard work ethic. Overall I think I got a great value for the price paid and will continue to use their service going forward as needed be. Friendly and helpful service 7/21/2014

Dugas Pest Control came to clean out the fire ants and a couple of wasp nests around my house. They sprayed the insecticide inside and outside and they were very thorough with their work. The workers were friendly and they answered all of my questions. I was comfortable with the job they did. more

Very good customer service 6/26/2014

Dugas Pest Control was very good; they were very sweet and provided very good customer service. Since they treated my home, they have also done a couple of rental properties. After they finalize my home, they will treat it for termites in another six months. I like the fact that I don't have to stay on top of them. more

Quality and effective product! 6/17/2014

I've been really happy with Dugas Pest Control! I haven't been disappointed with them at all. They came out to work on two things, and the people who came out were really informative. They walked me through everything they were going to do and how much it was going to cost. They told me the pros and cons for each service and why one could be done rather than the other. But they weren't pressuring me to pick the more expensive or comprehensive option if it wasn't what was needed. They fixed both of the problems, and that's what matters in the end. Everything is in really good shape! more

Dugas Pest Control is excellent. I was able to get same-day service and a very thorough diagnosis of what our problem was and how they could proceed to help us. They were very professional, honest, and competent. I would recommend Dugas Pest Control to anyone looking to eliminate any pest problems. I had a good experience with them 5/20/2014

I've used Dugas Pest Control for everything from caterpillars to spiders to ants and so forth. When I moved back into the house I was renting out, I found a mama spider with her babies so I called Dugas Pest Control frantically--I didn't even think to call anybody else. more
