I used this service for two cleanings in my home. I wasn't impressed. I'd asked for morning cleanings, and the lady wouldn't get there until 3.30pm, and stay until 6.30pm. The cleaning wasn't all that great either, I've had better service from Merry Maids. Anyway, I got my statement from my credit card in the mail, and saw there was a third charge in there, two weeks after I canceled the service. I tried calling several times, but no one answered and I didn't want to leave it on a voicemail. Today, I got someone on the phone, and explained the situation, that I'd been over charged. The woman on the phone said that she didn't know how that could happen, but she'd look into it. After 5 minutes of looking into it, she wavered on being able to do something about it. I told her that ""my next steps if she cannot resolve this are to go through Visa and get it corrected there."" She went off the handle on why I would say such a thing like that when she's obviously trying to help me. She continued to berate me over the phone, and I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager!!! Another 4 minutes of her calling me names and ""stupid"" over the phone, she then asked what I had to say about that, and I was so dumbfounded that anyone would speak to someone like that over the phone, couldn't say anything. She then said, ""well there you go then B$%^&!"" and hung up on me. \r

I wouldn't use them, they obviously don't care about the customer (duh,) and to be honest, we canceled the cleaning because they missed stupid details like wiping the counters down, cleaning the drains in sinks, or not wiping mirrors down. Obvious cleaning items. Doesn't matter if you hand scrub the floors, if you don't clean the obvious stuff people look to be cleaning. Go with a Franchise like Merry Maids, where at least you have a company to monitor this stuff.
Pros: local buisness
Cons: poor customer service, bad scheduling
