I read the above complaints and am very surprised as the experience I had with Distinctive Cleaning was nothing but pleasant. In fact, I called them in a panic as I was expecting company the upcoming weekend and came home from work that Wed to find that my kids had made a big mess - which with work, I could not fix myself prior to our company coming. I called and spoke with Nykole (very nice lady), explained the situation and she was able to get me in that Friday afternoon - miracle! They came out as expected - they do provide a one-hour time window for arrival which was no problem, and they did a great job! I had no issues or concerns and I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. They saved my life that weekend and I found their customer service to be exceptional.
