I have been going to Dick's since I was a kid. I live on the Eastside but still drive over a couple times a month to Seattle just for the food. Awesome

These fries are so heavy and greasy that they may actually drip if you squeezed them- really gross if you ask me!

The Best inexpensive Burger 11/26/2002

I'm a college student at UW, and let me tell you, Dicks is the place to go for the studying munchies. Its the place to go for cheap, artery clogging food. Don't get me wrong, I love Dicks, but if frequented too often, its horrible for your heath. Pros: cheap, cheap, cheap Cons: fatty, drive in more

Sure, the food here is cheap, but what's the point if it's also inedible. Plus, the ""deluxe"" burger has only about half as much meat as a Big Mac or a Whopper, so it ain't that much of a bargain. And where do they find the completely flavorless cheese they put on top. Also, I hate mayo, but when I asked for a burger without, I was told they all had to be made the same way. How hard is it to NOT put something on a burger? The fries were limp, mushy, and also flavorless. I found better fries at the bar around the corner. Even my nephews, who are french fry fiends, can't stomach this crap! Pros: Cheap, Quick Cons: Tasteless, Lukewarm, Greasy more

The fries are the greasiest, soggiest and flimsiest I have ever seen. They are so flimsy that I could tie them into knots without breaking a single fry. From all of the raves I heard, I was expecting better fries. If you want good fries, just go to Wendy's, BK or Mc Donalds. But Dicks?! Ha! How did it get nominated for best fries? More Hype Than Quality 9/28/2002

I have had many people recommend Dick's as 'the' place to get burgers. I was disappointed with the soggy, bland burger and fries. Perhaps it's a matter of personal preference, as the taste reminded me of eating at McDonald's. For me, a quality burger has toasted buns, and real meat flavor. However, they score high on the service meter. Despite a packed parking lot, I had a short wait and friendly servers. Dick's is THE BEST burger joint (besides In-and-Out)! Their classic taste is yum yum yummy! Their fries are actually cut from potatoes at the site- not sent to them in a plastic bag labled *FRIEZ*, and their milk shakes are made when you order from REAL ice cream. Our family goes to dicks almost every friday to get their tasty burgers, fries and shakes. I have NEVER gotten a bad burger there, or any bad food actually. Just overall tasty, satisfying food! I'd rather eat at McDonalds 9/7/2002

I wouldn't bring my worst enemy to Dick's. The one and only time I had one of their burgers, which is waiting under a heat lamp like McD's, there was a large chunk (bite-size?) of meat missing from the patty. The fries were limp, greasy, and cold. The tartar sauce my friend got for dipping his fries in, had that nasty yellowish skin on top like it had been waiting for us for hours. The best thing about Dick's is you order it and it's shot out of a freakin' rocket launcher at you, fresh, hot and tasty! Don't ask for any extras or for any of that ""make it my way"" crap...you get it how it's listed on the menu and it's always GREAT! Definately better than anything else in town and I think blows away even the infamous In and Out burger! Only one question? Why aren't there more of them around?!?!?!? (P.S.
