Wow, the door was opened for me upon my arrival, I was promptly escorted to the manager of the team who was responsible for my auto, and he was smiling! What a congenial and welcoming intro to having my Forester serviced and all of my questions answered! This was such a nice experience that I will definitely be a return customer for the oil changes and warranty work. What a way to start a day and upon return my car had been washed and it just sparkled. Thank you Dick Hannah Dealership for making my day.
