My wash machine needed to be serviced. Got their number from the Frigidaire, and the trouble began. First of all, they won't tell you until the day of when they are actually coming. If you work outside of home, how do you even plan a day? I was fortunate enough to be able to work from home and waited for the technician to show up. Anyway, they completely misdiagnosed the problem of water not draining. They cleaned up the water pipe and charged me $200 and called the problem fixed. When I tested the machine after they left, the problem remained. Water still not draining and the machine making crazy noises. I called back again to explain the problem and they insisted that it's just an imbalance and wouldn't come back to look at it again. I had to call another company, and it turned out that it was a bad back bearing and the machine was dead. I called back to complain and the lady was so rude defending their bad service, saying that I didn't make my machine assessible to the techinician! Really? The other company had no issue disgnosing the issue. To top it off, the lady ended up slamming the phone down on me. I am determined to get my money back, but if you don't want to go though so much rudeness, incompetency and losing a bunch of money like I did, don't contact this company.
