I can't say enough bad things from this company! It took them 4 months to fix our Kitchen Aid microwave and they ended up not fixing it. They always say they will call you, and then never do so. The woman who answers the phone is very rude and inattentive. The guy that they sent for the repair was clueless and had no idea of what he was doing. The 5 times he came to our home, he would spend more than an hour on the phone (my home phone of course) calling Kitchen Aid to ask them for instructions. Every time he was at my home he used to receive personal calls and once, he actually stepped out of the apartment to speak with his lady friend without any interruptions. He always asked to use the bathroom, which by the way is fine with me, but then he wouldn't even bother to flush the toilet!!! Our initial estimate was $600, but they kept ordering parts without even letting us know and 4 months later they gave us a new estimate of $1000! My guess is that they didn't know how to fix it and just wanted to get rid of us. Terrible company, who wants to charge clients as if they were professionals and they're really, really far from that. DON'T HIRE THEM.
