Unfortunately I purchased a Bosch dryer from PC Richards, both of which was a mistake. I have this machine for 13 months and now am at the mercy of Dan Mark appliance to get it repaired. After having to wait a week for a technician to come to my home, he tells me he will need to order a new motor. After another week went by without a phone call from this company i did manage to speak with someone who told me they had never ordered the part because somehow they had lost the work order. They suddenly found the work order and I was told that someone would be to my home the next Monday. I then get a phone call saying the part would be in and someone could come to my home on Sunday. I was told that no one would be coming on Monday because I wasn't scheduled for Monday. Well it is now Sunday, and no one will be coming today either because their van has broken down. I certainly don't believe this. They have already lied once about the lost work order. Think long and hard before purchasing a Bosch appliance, purchasing anything at PC Richards, and definitely try not to use Dan Mark.
