Terrible 2/15/2012

The service person who came to fix my oven was nasty and arrogant. He said the required part was not available, but after this completely unsatisfactory service call, I found that it's readily available online. I will NEVER use this company again. I see that I'm required to give a star to this company in order to publish the review - which is really adding insult to injury. more

I wish I could rate this place with zero stars, but it wasn't an option. I would recommend NEVER hiring this company. They've had a part ordered for me (or so I was told) for over 6 months for my washer and now they tell me the part was never ordered. Even though I paid for it (I was told by the technician who came to my house that I have to pay for the part before they would order it) They are saying now that I payed for the diagnosis of the problem. The woman on the phone was rude. They never seem to know what's going on when you call. You get passed around to a bunch of people. They do not call back. Such a scam and a sham! more

Dan Marc came to service my Viking Refrigerator. Viking is the worst appliance company and the net is littered with nightmare stories about their fridge and ovens, however, Dan Marc's customer service to deal with is even worse. Unresponsive, rude and they left weld marks on the outer refridgerator door (which fell off completely and was recalled by Viking!)... more

Brand new electrolux stove delivered with scratches and unaligned burners. Have to have an approved technician look at in order to have it fixed or get a new one. Called Dan Marc and received my window of time. No one showed up or called. I was told that the repairman showed up and no one was home. They said a manager called both numbers and no one answered. None of this was true and I told the customer service person this and he basically was believing the technician over me. Have to try again but I am very leary of this company and if they fail a second time, I am done. If I had to pay for these repairs myself, there would be no second chances! Electrolux should find another approved repair company! more

Worst customer service ever 7/9/2011

If I could leave negative stars I would. I imagine their hiring process is finding people that can treat customers the worst. I know in customer service it's hard to be polite if the other person is being nasty, which I wasn't until recently. Not only have I been hung up on 3 times while on hold, they refuse to fix anything. I had to wait forever just for them to look at the fridge and tell me I need a compressor. They ordered the part, came and ""fixed"" it, I don't know how this guy did it, but he installed a new compressor and it made the fridge literally blow hot air, I could steam vegetables in my freezer. When I called and told them to come back and fix it, they were going to make me wait another week. I told them this was unacceptable. Every time I have called they have been rude and just nasty even before I open my mouth they have an attitude It's like I've inconvenienced them for calling. I know customer service is a thing of the past, but these people took it to a whole new level, even the repairman was nasty to my girlfriend and as inept as he was at his job he had no right to be. As I write this I am still waiting for them to call me to tell me what my ""window"" is to repair my fridge that THEY made worse. I am now wasting a Saturday for them to do their job. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB this is not a way to run a business and as a manager myself I would fire anyone who treated customers like these people do. more
