If I could leave negative stars I would. I imagine their hiring process is finding people that can treat customers the worst. I know in customer service it's hard to be polite if the other person is being nasty, which I wasn't until recently. Not only have I been hung up on 3 times while on hold, they refuse to fix anything. I had to wait forever just for them to look at the fridge and tell me I need a compressor. They ordered the part, came and ""fixed"" it, I don't know how this guy did it, but he installed a new compressor and it made the fridge literally blow hot air, I could steam vegetables in my freezer. When I called and told them to come back and fix it, they were going to make me wait another week. I told them this was unacceptable. Every time I have called they have been rude and just nasty even before I open my mouth they have an attitude It's like I've inconvenienced them for calling. I know customer service is a thing of the past, but these people took it to a whole new level, even the repairman was nasty to my girlfriend and as inept as he was at his job he had no right to be. As I write this I am still waiting for them to call me to tell me what my ""window"" is to repair my fridge that THEY made worse. I am now wasting a Saturday for them to do their job. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB this is not a way to run a business and as a manager myself I would fire anyone who treated customers like these people do.
