Review content:
initial contact with the receptionist should be the indicator that they are awful. First contact says it all. I have used this company before because they are a certified Viking repair company, but even as a last resort, do not use them!!!! The technician who came out was very nice and knowlegable but the customer service personel is extremely rude. Susan seems to enjoy being nasty. She argues with the customer instead of a courteous answer such as ""I will look into it and call you back"" she was rude and insisted that there was no record of a service call to my home exactly a year earlier. She was dismissive. She also said it didn't matter because parts are only warrantied for 90 days. WRONG, Viking parts are warrantied for one year. I found my credit card bill days later and called back. Susan said she also found the service call but it was 3 days out of warranty. Well, Susan, dont you think a phone call would have been warranted?? She claims she did call and left a message and when I said I never received a call, she was argumentative again. Who wants to argue with an obviously unsatisfied person. Her job is to make customers feel better about shelling out another 700.00, not to treat them with disrespect. Perhaps they don't need the business and can affford to treat customers poorly. I say, DONT use them. There are plenty of good authorized repair services who go above and beyone for the customer!!!!!
