Don't bother with this company. First visit tech diagnosed the problem in 2 minutes. Machine needed an igniter. Part will be ordered. Part took 2.5 weeks to come in. You call for an update you get a receptionist who is so rude and ignorant, you would want to physically go there and just strangle her. Part finally comes, you call for service, can't come out for another week!!! Receptionist can't give you an exact time of when tech is going to come out until the day tech is supposed to come out because they don't schedule them until that day. Receptionist claims she calls you with an estimated time but doesn't. Tech goes to your house not sure if he doesn't know how to use a doorbell or not but 4 people were in the house and no one heard the doorbell. You call the office; receptionist calls you a liar that the tech was there ringing the doorbell. Can't reschedule for another week. It's been over a month now...machine is still broken!!!
