I too can't say enough bad things about this company. My dryer which is only two years old malfunctioned. We hired this company to fix it, on the first appointment, the technician called and said he was on his way, but didn't show up. The second time, he came he had to order a part, it was the weekend so I understood that it would be difficult to get the part. The third time he showed up and installed the part but that didn't work. What irritated me was that he left without notifying us he had completed the job. We tried the machine and it still had an error message. We called the company and they refused to send the technician back that day, and gave us an appointment for two days later. To top it all off the customer service was less than stellar as they were rude and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend against hiring this company
