Do not use this company for repairs! I took a day off from work to get my washer repaired and the tech came with the wrong part. Said the ""pre screener"" told him the wrong part. They dont carry anything but the part they ""think"" is correct! When i called the Customer Service dept. To ask that they give me a late day appt so i dont have to miss work, they very rudely told me they do not do that. I was put on hold 4 times and spent 20 minutes being shuffled around to be told i would have to do it their way. I would not recommend anyone using this company.
