Our new Whirlpool broke down in 5 short months (why does a washing machine need a computer to tell it when to stat and stop anyway????). We were referred to Dan Marc. Unfortunately, like far too many service centers they have a policy of making their customers wait during a 5 hour window. I went to pick up my daughter from school, the technician came then left. I called Dan Marc and they refused to send him back that day. I asked for a specific appointment time on another day and they refused rudely. They insist on making you wait till its convenient for them. When I told the dispatcher to kindly extend me the courtesy of a set appointment-so I didnt have to give up a whole day waiting- something any other professional would do- she condescendingly refused and told me to go elsewhere for service. I suggest her advice apply to all perspective Dan Marc clients....GO ELSEWHERE!
