Carrell Rogers Carpet One Floor & Home

Very pleased with the professional attitude by the sales rep at Carrell Rogers Carpet One and their installation crew. Purchased porcelain tile and the installers were very careful with the kitchen and our possessions. more

But getting there wasn't quite as pleasant. Most of the problem stemmed from poor communications perhaps on both sides but finally there was satisfactory resolution. Sales staff need to be closely monitored what they tell customers. The "checklist" seems to be more a formality to some of the reps than a process. Please either bring enough samples to a customer's house or advise them to go to the store - develop a better system for customers selecting samples from home. It would have saved me a lot of headaches! However, things improved dramatically with the sub-contractors that laid the flooring for Carroll Rogers. They were professional, courteous, clean and above all excellent at what they do. The floors are beautiful because they took time with the extra touches! more

Our experience with Carrell Rogers Carpet One was fantastic! We would definately only use your company for all our flooring needs. Ken Martin and Rebecca's ability to coordinate colors, tile, hardwood, carpet, tile trim etc was excellent!! They where always there when we needed them. Their customer service was second to none.... Ken was even gracious when he lost the bet we had on the number of shoes my wife owned.....even though I have not collected on that bet yet!! more

Ken Rogers & Rebekah Logan were awesome to work with.....they were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about everything. They made the experience of building a new home fun...unlike what we received from alot of our vendors. I'm building a new home, so I've really had to work with them quite closely. It's been a real pleasant, non-painful experience compared to some of the other contractors I've worked with. I've changed my mind and they haven't gotten upset, and they went beyond the call of duty to find samples for me. more

They do great work at Carrell Rogers Carpet One. They did what they said they would. They told me how long it would take and that's what it took. They can't do better. They love their work, and when they say it's gonna get done, it does. more
