Carrell Rogers Carpet One Floor & Home

Within the past five years Carrell Rogers Carpet One is the only company I used to install carpeting and laminate flooring in both my personal residence and rental properties. Earlier this year (2013) Carrell Rogers Carpet One installed laminate flooring in my home. As usual the service was “Grade A”. The sales representative was very helpful in assisting me and my wife in selecting the desired floor. The sales representative made sure my wife and I understood the pros and cons associated with laminate, vinyl and wood flooring. Once we decided to select laminate flooring, the sales representative showed us various samples of laminate floor, ranging from the least expensive to the more expensive floors. This helped me and my wife to compare quality while taking cost into consideration. The two workers who installed the floor were prompt, courteous and respectful of the property. The floor was scheduled to be completely installed within four days. The workers completed the job on the fourth day. Each morning they arrived at the house on time and explained what they would accomplish by the end of their work day. At the end of each day they swept floors and removed debris from the house before they left. Also, at the end of the day they would invite me to review their work in case I had any questions and/or concerns. I will continue to use Carrell Rogers Carpet One whenever I need new flooring and/or carpeting. more

I worked with the Interior Designer Rebekah Logan at Carrell Rogers Carpet One. She helped me in creating a custom area rug for my home. I love how the area rug looks and that it fit my budget. I will definitely recommend Carrell Rogers to my friends. more

I am pleased with the service I received from the folks at Carrell Rogers Carpet One. The salesperson, Rebekah Logan, brought several laminate flooring samples to my home for my selection. I was unaware that laminate is not recommended for installation in bathrooms, so I left the selection of bathroom tile completely up to Ms. Logan’s discretion, and was very happy with her choice when it arrived. The laminate installation guys, led by Mike Sisemore, ran into a problem. My existing kitchen flooring hadn’t been installed correctly. Mike worked very hard late into the evening to prepare the floor for laminate. Thanks to the Carrell Rogers people and my new laminate flooring, my rooms are much easier to navigate in my wheelchair...and the flooring looks terrific! more

I recently had shutters installed in my new home. They replaced wood blinds. The new look is unbelievable! Dennis at the Hurstbourne Lane store was my sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Ron, the installer also did an excellent job! more

She came to my house and used her expertise as an interior designer to help me visualize and choose the right carpet for my room. They have a great selection of all types of flooring. I was pleased with the carpet in the end, but not with the installation process. For one thing, the fellow from Carrell Rogers Carpet One told me on a Monday that five installers had called in sick that morning. I didn't want to hear that, because it made me feel like maybe I didn't get the best one. It was a downer. Then things took longer than I expected; everything took two days instead of one. I finally told them on the second day that it needed to be finished. The space in my house had been emptied out, so I couldn't even set chairs in there to sit down. I needed it done! I called Rebecca, the very helpful decorator who'd been working with me, and said, "Look, this has to be put in". They finally finished installing it that day. I was a little worried because I have a long hallway, and some of the carpet they'd put there didn't seem long enough to go all the way from end to end. I called them to say I wasn't pleased. They sent Jonathan out, and he worked on it until I was okay with it. My overall experience just wasn't as stellar as I had hoped. more

We worked with Becky Surma to choose carpet for our living rooms, the steps, and 2nd floor of our home. She was extremely helpful and we were super pleased with our choice. We were so pleased that when we decided to put carpet in our master bedroom, we went right back to Carrell Rogers and Becky helped us again. On the day of our installation we were greeted with two terrific and very professional carpet installers ... Tiger and Anthony Leonhardt. They worked tirelessly to complete the job and were very careful in moving our furniture out of the rooms and back into the areas that they belonged in. I recently bought carpet for my finished basement. Ken Martin, the owner of Carrell Rogers spent time with us to get to know our needs. . . for example, after determining we had young children, we decided to go with a waterproof pad to guard against future spills! Other decisions he helped us make were in the area of carpet style and color. Once we ordered the carpet it was promptly delivered and we were ready for the install. Judson, the installer was very friendly and did a very thorough job. He tried to show me the carpet seams, but even though he pointed them out, I still couldn't see them! That is because he did such a great job of laying the carpet in such a way so the seams were not visible. He also faced challenges on the stairs (carpet was laid around the handrail spindles) but he did a marvelous job waterfalling the carpet down the stairs. I recommend Ken and Carrell Rogers highly for any of your residential or commercial flooring needs. more

I moved into a brand new house in which Carrell Rogers Carpet One had installed some carpeting beforehand. Even though I wasn't there for the actual work, the carpets in my basement and two bedrooms definitely turned out great. more

They arrived early and started working immediately. Very professional. Once complete they cleaned everything up and brought me in to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. The Carrell Rogers Carpet One guy who waited on us was new, but he was very helpful and willing to assist us in finding what we wanted. After we found what we thought we wanted, we were made comfortable when trading that in for something else later. The company was very nice. more

I wasn't there when Carrell Rogers Carpet One actually installed, but my mom was. She said the guy took longer than we thought he might, but he was just one guy working by himself, which I can't imagine is easy. I definitely like my carpet! Carrell Rogers Carpet One ripped out old carpeting and installed laminate flooring in the majority of my condo. I'm a repeat customer. I was so impressed with the service and the product the first time that I went back. They were very accommodating to my schedule and they showed up when they said they would. I'd give all the people working for them all ten stars. The delivery person was very courteous. The two installers were very focused on the task and really got the job done. The new flooring is great. I love it! The laminate flooring I had in my kitchen originally was discontinued and they just did a superb job of matching the new job to the remainder. I can't tell the difference between the two. more
