But getting there wasn't quite as pleasant. Most of the problem stemmed from poor communications perhaps on both sides but finally there was satisfactory resolution. Sales staff need to be closely monitored what they tell customers. The "checklist" seems to be more a formality to some of the reps than a process. Please either bring enough samples to a customer's house or advise them to go to the store - develop a better system for customers selecting samples from home. It would have saved me a lot of headaches! However, things improved dramatically with the sub-contractors that laid the flooring for Carroll Rogers. They were professional, courteous, clean and above all excellent at what they do. The floors are beautiful because they took time with the extra touches!
