We have bought and had carpet installed by Carrell Rogers many times throughout the years and always been very satisfied. 4/4/2014

Carrell Rogers has always delivered utmost quality in both carpet, and installation. We have purchased carpet from them several times over the years and always been pleased. Becky Surma has been our sales rep more than once and has always been pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and upfront with us during the process. Definetly would recommend them to anyone. more

Excellent experience 2/18/2014

We had new laminate flooring placed throughout our home back in September. Entire staff was a pleasure to work with. Our sales person was Rebekah Logan. Would definitely use again for flooring needs in the future. Have had no problems with the floors. more

Great experience! Love our new carpet. 2/6/2014

Was a little indecisive about carpet selection and color. Ken McDonald was so helpful in steering us in the right direction. Extremely knowledgable and professional. Will purchase from Carpet One again 2/5/2014

We were new to the area and needed carpet for our patio home . I checked a lot of reviews to see what was the best place to buy my carpet. Carpet One's reviews were outstanding. Our sales person was Becky Surma. She is a great sales person. Put us at ease and was very knowledgeable about her products. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends more

Just what I wanted at the agreed price with no hidden cost. 1/5/2014

Worked with Ken Martin to pick out floors for my new construction and found what I wanted at the budget I had to spend. Very surprised that I was able to get the upgraded flooring at that price. All materials arrived on time and was installed without issue when promised. Will use them again in future for additional home projects. more

Great Experience! 12/20/2013

Remodeling an older home and wanted to install hardwood. We had a previous good experience with Carrel Rogers and decided to look there again. Knowing we had many options regarding hardwood, we were unsure where to start. Dennis Dambros walked us through the pros and cons of brands, types, colors, etc.. After talking to him we felt we had enough knowledge to make an informed selection and were very pleased with the results! Our floors are wonderful! We were very pleased with the installation and the service from Carrel Rogers. Would definately recommend for your flooring needs! more

We really appreciate all the information Dennis provided as we were choosing flooring for 2 areas. He not only helped us choose what would work best, but gave good insight into all options in case we had other considerations (potential water, wear, warranties, how the grout works, what it's made of - the list goes on). For our other area that was more on a budget, after listening to what we were trying to do, he just gave such good insight into what we should steer away from and what might be best for the specific need. We walked away with flooring we are happy with and way more education on how to choose flooring in the future. Thanks! Sandy more

Dennis is extremely knowledgable, patient and informative. After having water damage in our basement Dennis went above and beyond to work with us and the insurance company to ensure we received the correct dollar amount for replacement of the carpet. He was extremely patient with questions we had and showing the various options of carpet available. more

Honest and Knowledgeable 12/14/2013

We bought a home in the middle of a renovation and the carpets had been ruined. We went to Carrell Rogers on the recommendation of our Realtor and could not be happier with the experience. We told Dennis what we were looking for, and he sold us a great carpet that was right in our budget. We never felt pressured to buy something more expensive - in fact, he cautioned us against it based on our vacuuming equipment and habits! As icing on the cake, we also found the window shade we had been looking for at a price that couldn't be beaten! more

Incredible plantation shutters 12/9/2013

Our plantation shutters were installed in the big dining room window today, and they have transformed this room! Even from the outside they look wonderful. We especially love the 'half' feature where the upper part of the blind can be open when the lower half is closed. The installer originally told us the window was too big to do this without a center support, but Dennis Dambros went back to the manufacturer and confirmed that we could have exactly what we wanted. Dennis Dambros met us at the door and provided a very warm welcome. He showed us some of the options for hardwood that he had and was very knowledgable about each one. We decided on a beautiful, dark, manufactured wood flooring that Mr. Dambros recommended It looks fantastic on our first floor! Everything, from the welcome at the door to the installation could not have been a better experience. Thank you Mr. Dambros and Carrell Rogers, you both come highly recommended by us! more
