Very Efficient and Pain Free 5/29/2013

My wife and I bought carpet for our new home from the Louisville, Hurstbourne Lane store. Sales person, Dennis Dambros took us through the selection process as easily as I ever could have expected. Not only did we make our decision on the carpet that day but Dennis also priced the blinds for the house and won that bid too. That was last month and I have already sent two more family members back to see Dennis. more

GREAT PRODUCTS, GREAT PRICES AND GREAT SERVICE!! 5/20/2013

I contacted Carrell Rogers after hearing how good the product line was along with a good price. I spoke to a sales/design specialist by the name of Rebekah Logan. She was very helpful and directed me to some fantastic inventory that was in my price range. She always answered when I called and she never got tired of my silly questions!! All in all a great experience. I live in Hopkinsville and would go back again! more

Beautiful flooring. Amazing interior designer... Rebekah Logan. 5/20/2013

We had ordered our hardwood from another company only to find out that it was discontinued. We were in a crunch as we were building our new home. Someone put us in touch with Rebekah Logan at Carrell Rogers. She found us the most amazing flooring, at a great price and got it to us in a flash. The house is finished now, and the most complemented feature is the flooring she picked! Thank you Miss Logan. more

Satisfied with Service and Product 5/14/2013

I am a builder and contractor in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. I work with Rebekah Logan on all my hard surfaces purchases. She does an excellent job in selecting the right style of product to fit the customer's needs and budgets. Upon purchasing the product, Rebekah has it all easily shipped directly to our jobsite from the manufacturer. Overall, I am happy with the service and the products sold. Will be using Carrell Rogers Carpet One again on future projects. more

In September 2011, Dennis helped us with finding the perfect carpet for our upstairs renovation...beautiful. In November 2012, we returned to Carrell Rogers for another terrific carpet for our entire lower level, again with Dennis' guidance...fantastic! In February 2013, we completed our total house flooring renovation with more exquisite carpet from Carrell Rogers, again with Dennis' wonderful help...priceless! We love it all. Thanks again to Dennis and thanks to Scott & crew for the fantastic installation! I've recommended you all to my friends for their future flooring needs. more

Phenomenal assistance in choosing just the right floor. 5/9/2013

Recently replaced flooring and carpeting, and was having a difficult time making a decision.Ken McDonald was incredibly patient and helpful, offering alternatives while keeping budget in mind.He was always upbeat and friendly, gave helpful information, and followed up on installation to make sure I was satisfied. The personal attention was exceptional. Mike Sisemore was in charge of installation, and was consistently professional,attentive to my preferences, and willing to work long hours. He competently solved problems that emerged in the installation. It was a joy to work with both these men. more

This is a very professional company to buy from. Sales rep was experienced and had a good eye for color. I was really impressed by the installers. The seams were completely invisible and well done. They were very quiet. The carpet guarantee was impressive as well. All employees were friendly and helpful. more

I was given great information to help make the right choice of carpet. I was given large samples to take home to help make the right choice of color. They were great to give us a few days between removal and installation for us to paint the room. We love our carpet. Thanks. more

Great service with Ken McDonald and very satisfied with carpet. 5/5/2013

Over the last two years, my husband and I have worked with Ken McDonald to carpet our "man-cave" and throughout our rental property. Ken was easy to work with, prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable. Oh, and patient with my repeated visits and constant mind changing. Ken helped us make decisions based on our needs and gave us a very satisfying experience with the sales end. On both experiences, the carpet was delivered in a timely way and installed well. I recommended Ken and Carroll Rogers to a friend, who in turn had a good experience and are very happy with our carpet choices. more
