Carrell Rogers Carpet One ordered flooring and put it down for us. They were very efficient, clean, friendly, and trustworthy. I had to leave the house for two hours while they were working and had no problems. They access to everything in the house but nothing was touched or bothered with. They did their job and cleaned up very nicely so there was no problem. more

Great Overall Experience 9/16/2013

We are currently building a house and have saved over $4000.00 on flooring at Carrell Rogers as compared to another high quality competitor. In fact, the flooring materials were of higher quality due to Dennis' effort to find top quality Brazilian Cherry at close out prices and bargain for better tile costs. We could not be happier with our choices. It also helped that the salesman , Dennis was very professional,pleasant, and humorous.. more

Best experience in 40 years as a Louisville resident! 9/6/2013

In February or March of this year we purchased carpet for our renovated basement. Before the carpet was installed, we had extensive water damage to all three floors including the basement. Then my wife was diagnosed with inoperable lung cancer. Dennis Dambros spent considerable time helping us replace five rooms with carpet and hardwood floor. Because my wife's illness made her forgetful, Dennis would take extra time explaining over and over again to my wife and showing her the samples of what she had selected. Dennis would explain and show the different kind of fabrics and flooring and how they would look. Because we had to work thru both an insurance and mortgage company, Dennis helped us attain financing because we still haven't received payment even though we have excellent insurance coverage. Anytime our contracter had a potential problem, Dennis would immediately contact them to answer their questions. We cannot say enough about the services that Dennis Dambros has provided us and will not hesitate to use him when go to purchase replacement curtains. more

we went from carpet to wood flooring in one area joined by all wood in another. This was advised by our salesman with much apprehension and the end result was met with much favor and pleasure. 8/24/2013

Great products and great value. I loved working with Ken and his crew at Carpet One. Their honesty and intgrity are second to none. You can depend on what they say and lets face it, sometimes things just don't happen they way we want them too and they are out of anyones control. Carpet One made sure we were satisfied with the end results and I appreciate that. Customer service is huge to me and I enjoyed working with a company and their employees that feel the same way. more

First Class Service, Installation and Carpet!! 8/22/2013

Carrell Rogers Carpet One installed ~1,700 SF of carpet in our newly finished basement. My bride and I couldn't be happier with our experience and the end result. The sales reps were pushy at all and willing to answer all of our questions. They were also very patient as we changed our mind with what we wanted. The installation crew showed up exactly when they were suppose to and did a very professional job with the installation. Whenever I hear of someone needing flooring of any kind, I highly recommend Carrell Rogers Carpet One. more
