Want a car this one is a no show 3/7/2012

After years of loyal service I am furiously disappointed. I had no cell phone and booked a car online. That was the biggest mistake to make on a wacky Wednesday morning. I booked my car and an hour later the car was still a no show. To add insult to injury the driver calls my number which was on the itinerary with a comment attached that I did not have my cell phone, when my husband answers he explains ive left my phone at which point the driver comments ""well what should I do then sit her and wait . ""The time stamp on the call was 8:35 the original call was for 7:38 he was not in front of my ome. I am giving them a star only because it has to select something. If it were up to me I will make sure to let everyone know how awful this service was. And while at one point they were reliable the last time before this i was refused pick up and now i lost time from work.. I will not use them again. more

Reliable 3/6/2012

It is not easy finding a reliable car service in this area. I was using Castle for a while, but it sucks. I moved to Eastern and I am happy with them. Their cars come on time and the wait the 5 minutes it takes us to get down with the baby. Comparing to other services around, they are the best. more

I had to provide transportation for some clients and executives for our business conference. Eastern Car Service made the runs for different groups and everyone commented on how prompt, professional and nice the service was. more

The cars they have here are clean and very new. The drivers know where they are going and on time. The prices are better than most places and they are very polite. I use them in Brooklyn and in the city. I tried several places, but this is reliable and honest service. more
