After years of loyal service I am furiously disappointed. I had no cell phone and booked a car online. That was the biggest mistake to make on a wacky Wednesday morning. I booked my car and an hour later the car was still a no show. To add insult to injury the driver calls my number which was on the itinerary with a comment attached that I did not have my cell phone, when my husband answers he explains ive left my phone at which point the driver comments ""well what should I do then sit her and wait . ""The time stamp on the call was 8:35 the original call was for 7:38 he was not in front of my ome. I am giving them a star only because it has to select something. If it were up to me I will make sure to let everyone know how awful this service was. And while at one point they were reliable the last time before this i was refused pick up and now i lost time from work.. I will not use them again.
