For service TO the airport, they are fine. \r
But when I arrived back at the airport, they became a problem. First, they had my flight number, so they should have known the status. Instead, the driver called me when I was in baggage claim. I told him what was going on. Then the airport blocked cell phone service for security reasons. When I finally got to where the drivers wait, he left. Dispatch said that the driver had to make money -- well, he would have if the driver stuck around. Other car services were there, waiting. They insisted on charging me for garage parking at the airport without giving me the benefit of the service. I am disgusted.
