They have really great service and great drivers. I felt safe and that I could trust the driver. He was on time and he made a long ride enjoyable. He was very entertaining. I would definitely use them again. more

I will be recommending 10/31/2011

My car was in the shop a few weeks ago. I called Eastern Car service several times within the course of the week to get around the city. I thought they provided an awesome service with nice clean cars, and even nicer drivers. more

I had a great conversation with my driver on the way to the airport. It was a long ride, but he was very pleasant! Cab smelled alright and he got me to the airport as fast as he could. I will certainly recommend you all. more

Highly Recommend 10/20/2011

As we all know, NYC is not the easiest city to navigate through. I had my family in town a few weeks ago, and had Eastern Car Service on my speed dial for the weekend. Each driver they sent was on time and got us to our destinations quickly. appreciate the good work. more

Limited professionalism 10/16/2011

For service TO the airport, they are fine. \r But when I arrived back at the airport, they became a problem. First, they had my flight number, so they should have known the status. Instead, the driver called me when I was in baggage claim. I told him what was going on. Then the airport blocked cell phone service for security reasons. When I finally got to where the drivers wait, he left. Dispatch said that the driver had to make money -- well, he would have if the driver stuck around. Other car services were there, waiting. They insisted on charging me for garage parking at the airport without giving me the benefit of the service. I am disgusted. more

Professional and Friendly 9/8/2011

Our driver that picked us up was so professional and friendly. It was quite a treat after getting off a twelve hour flight. I wish he was our personal chauffeur for life. I also wish I remembered his name so I could tell his manager to give him a raise. I recommend Eastern Car Service to everyone. more

Never go with anyone else! 9/1/2011

I had the worst day yesterday! I called yellow cab company to come pick me up at 7:45 pm! 15 minutes before i had to actually leave, because I THOUGHT it gave them enough buffer time to make it. NO, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP! I was so upset! So I ended up calling Eastern Car service, and they came 5 minutes BEFORE they said. I was already late, but it was a relief that at least they were timely and got me to my event quickly. From now on, I am going with Eastern. more
