I was charged $754.45 for an incomplete job by Bishop Plumbing. They left my house without being able to successfully rod the sewer. I was told that they were 99.9% sure there is a separation between the sewer and our house and they would have to tear up part of our Brick Paver patio to get to the sewer line, at an astronomical charge of $5,380.00, without replacing the Pavers and this did not include the ""Permit"" they would have to pull from our Village. Needless to say, we called in another plumber, who within a 2 hour span had the sewers flowing beautifully. What Bishop Plumbing did not even try to do was rod the sewer line from inside the house at the ""rod out pipe"". Hard to believe!\r
I find this totally irresponsible by scaring me almost into having this insane job performed by them.\r
I have been in touch via phone with them for the past 3 weeks trying to talk to the owner or person in charge (without being successful and was only able to talk with the ladies answering the phones) to get some kind of a rebate, as they left me without a working sewer and an unfinished job. Finally, yesterday I was notified that they feel ""justified"" of this charge and no adjustment will be forthcoming.\r
I am hereby warning all future customers of ""Bishop Plumbing"", PLEASE CALL A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!! \r
