Mike came to our new house to diagnose the reason as to why our toilets would not flush correctly and would not empty. After eliminating the easier causes, his skills were such that he was able to think of other things he could do, and self admitted that it was mostly curiosity that invited him to persist with the cause of the problem, to completion! It turns out that a conduit elbow had lodged itself into another piece of conduit and was literally clogging the plumbing, allowing nothing to pass. Many thanks to Mike for both his curiosity and persistence in finding a problem that the previous plumbers could not. The only bad thing I would have to say is that, although we didn't have to pay for this via a warranty on the house, if we had had to pay, I think it was a very expensive job, at $500.00 for what was done. I realize this must be hourly pay and he was there for perhaps an hour and a half, but if I had had to pay, I would have had to do more research and price comparing. Many thanks to Mike for finding the problem and making life that much easier when using the powder room!
