Joe was clearly knowledgeable and capable and handled my plumbing problem quickly. It is always difficult to have strangers wander around your home, but he felt like a friend who knew how to solve my problem. more

I am very happy with how the work from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing went. They came out and gave us a quote for the job we needed, and did the work very well and in an expedited manner. They stayed true to their quote and charged me what we had agreed upon when the work was done. I would gladly use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again, and I highly recommend their services! more

Every one of the Benjamin Franklin service men we worked with was very professional and kind! They went out of their way several times to be extra helpful. They explained things in an easy to understand way. They were fast! God bless them! I have already recommended them several times to friends and family and will continue to do so! more

They did what I needed in a timely manner. 11/4/2016

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came to do plumbing work for me after my old plumber retired. I liked them and I was satisfied. I mean, they did what I was needing for them to do and they did it in a timely manner. They showed up on time and they were professional. I'll be calling them again, I mean hopeful I don't have an issue too soon but if I do sometime in the future, I would call them. more

I originally used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in St. Paul. I recently moved to a new house in June and repairs have been popping up. Even though this BFP isn't the same owner, I gravitated towards the name because I was pleased with the service I received in St. Paul. I'm glad I contacted this BFP too! I originally called because my toilet needed the works inside the tank replaced. As the plumber was checking things out he noticed a pump needed a valve so he replaced that for me. He also took the time to point out other things I'd need to keep an eye on. I appreciate that he was knowledgeable about the different parts and shared the info without getting my to buy extra things I didn't need. I will be calling them again! more

Horrible Service, Made a Huge Mess! 10/2/2016

Owner Mike Mueller responded to our sewer back-up emergency. We paid for the visit then the sewer line clean-out, then were told we needed a whole new sewer line for almost $6000. We shouldn't have trusted him. Delays, we missed work, huge mess in the basement and yard, damaged the house, dumped sewer waste in our yard, damaged the neighbors' yard, became verbally abusive when we raised questions, and while being investigated by our insurance company, verbally abused us again in front of the investigator! Bottom of the barrel in every way. more

Plumbing Cost 9/23/2016

When I called and asked for a plumber and explained the problem; being a novice I thought it would be more complicated. The plumber arrived and gave me a price of $482.00 price set. I said yes and go ahead. When I came back he was here for 1.25 hours and brought a new faucet. I think that price was very high but then again he did a good job. more

From the m moment I contacted your company, it was top notch service. The appointment clerk was wonderful, even though it took several tries to get an appointment set. Joe, the plumber was marvelous. He was so neat and clean. He was the consumate professional, he even put up with my obnoxious hounds! He let me know what the problem was (a serious clog), he fixed the problem in less time than I thought possible. It was an amazing experience. I'll recommend your company to everyone I know! Outstanding 8/2/2016

I was in need of a water softener. Joe at Ben Franklin Plumbing came to my home on time and got the job done in a timely manner. Explained what he had done and how it works, without treating me like I was some stupid person. I can always put my trust in the workmanship of the job with Ben Franklin Plumbing. I would totally recommend them to anyone with a plumbing need, and I have already recommended them more than once or twice. more

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing fixed my water heater. This my second time using them. I like that they're very respectful and that they let me know what was going on at all times. The price wasn't nearly as much as I thought it would be, and my water heater has been working fine since they came to fix it. more

Friendly and Prompt Service 7/25/2016

I found the company Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the Yellow Pages. My water heater wasn't functioning well and so it was repaired with a new heating element. The results are good. Prices seemed fair to me. The technician was prompt and real friendly. I would recommend using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. more

The workman was quick, courteous and being that I was at work and not at home he called me with updates all the time in the status of the work and the charges as they were updated. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone! more

excellent service 6/28/2016

I've used them before and knew there service was great- He offered me options on correcting my leaking outside pipe, but was more than happy to keep it the way it was and just fix the leaks so I could water my garden again. He was prompt and fast with my repairs. Thanks again! more
