Driver was on time and courteous, but did not have the tools to complete the job. When he couldn't clear the weeds out, he said he had a different piece of equipment, but not with him. He did not clear the weeds out of my drain, which I have repeatedly done over the years on my own, with a significantly thicker snake. I thought I would try you guys to learn about ways to fix the pipe permanently. He gave me the name of someone else to contact...he said he could not do anything further because the weeds were too thick for his equipment. I will continue to do it myself in the future. I had a coupon for $93 for the service, but he charged me an extra $69 for a service call...way too much for what was accomplished!
