The Job Was Done Right and I've Had No Problems 3/5/2018

This is the second time I've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and I've had the same plumber out both times, I think his name was Joe. They came right out when I called. It was something I'd tried to fix myself but it was a much bigger job than I'd anticipated. I had already bought the part I needed so it was quick and easy for him. The price seemed good to me. I'm sure that if I shopped around I could have found a lower price, but I needed it done. I would use their service again. The job was done right and I've had no problems. more

Okay 2/23/2018

I recently used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because I had a drain that was plugged up. They were good with scheduling the appointment, and they were here when they said they would be here. After they left, I found out the drain was still plugged, so I reached out to them, and they got it taken care of the second time. This was my first experience with them, and though I thought they were a bit pricy, I would use them in the future. more

Great Service! 1/2/2018

I had a great recent experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I have a well that has a water pump and the motor for the pump died. The staff from this company provided a simple replacement and everything is working pretty well. I have used the company for other services in the past (work for my furnace, air conditioning unit, and some other repair work). I have been impressed with their consistency, so I would definitely recommend them to other people. I would describe the staff as very friendly and I would keep using them. more

Great Job Altogether 12/26/2017

I had an excellent experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I heard about the company through a mail advertisement and I used them for the first time to do multiple jobs for me. The staff fixed some toilets upstairs, worked on the dripping sink in my kitchen, and also worked on an outside faucet in the garage. There was only one person who came out, but I thought that the worker was friendly, helpful, and very nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to other people and I would use the company again if I needed to. more

Great Plumbing Work 12/21/2017

I have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for only two months now, but I have been more than satisfied with the service that they have provided. Most recently, I had the company over for three different visits concerning a water pump and clogged toilets. For each service, the staff was very professional and easy to work with. I appreciate that the workers always remember to clean up when the service is completed, so I would highly recommend the company to other people. Professional and kind 12/18/2017

Joe came to the house on time. Did a lot of investigating about the clicking in the wall when the hot water was ran in my kitchen and bathroom. End result, nothing was wrong with the pipe (Thank God!) and it had to do with the drain and the sewer vent. I had my roof shingled this past summer and the sewer vent shifted. So when the hot water is run in my kitchen or bathroom, the drain pipe expands and bumps into the sewer vent pipe. I still have clicking, but at least I know what is going on now. Joe is always super professional and kind. Explains things that I can understand, but he NEVER let's me feel like I am dumb. I refer everyone I know, if they need a plumber, to contact Ben Franklin. :) more

Excellent And Clean Staff 11/21/2017

I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The staff just cleaned the toilet and everything turned out great. I have used them in the past and I would say that their entire service has been pretty consistent, professional, and friendly. I found everyone easy to work with, so I would definitely recommend the company to other people. I appreciate that the staff was very considerate of my home and they made sure to clean up after themselves when everything was done. I would continue using them if I needed to. more

Great Work 11/20/2017

I had a very good experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The staff just did a minor job for me by unplugging the kitchen sink. I used them before (about 6-8 months ago) and the staff has been very consistent in terms of their professionalism and their availability. I would definitely recommend this company to other people. I would also consider to use them again if I needed to. Since there weren't any issues the work, I give them five stars for their service. more

Great Company, Good Pricing 11/14/2017

I have worked with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing intermittently over the past several years. Most recently I had them replace a leaking faucet and the workman was very friendly and professional. We had had him there before, and his work was great per usual. He even helped me change shower head free of charge. Their pricing has always been fair and when I compared this work to theirs in the past, I think it was even a little less this time. I have generally been happy with their work, they are very responsive, and I would use them again. more

Good Staff, But Pricey 10/18/2017

I recently used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the first time, and I thought that their work was pretty expensive. I called on the staff to do an installation of a new faucet and I thought that the pricing for their work was higher than it needed to be. On the up side, I thought that the staff was friendly and professional. But based on this experience, I am not sure that I would recommend them to other people. So I would say that the project was pretty average overall. more

Honest, Communicative, Professional! 10/2/2017

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a great service. Mike has done work for me on multiple occasions, both at my house as well as my business. He has installed a water line for my refrigerator, installed a new valve for the gas line, checked out the oven, and installed a new garbage disposal. He is very informative and answered all my questions. He takes the time to explain the process of what he's doing and he is very knowledgeable in his field. They are very honest and upfront and let me know what to expect. I do feel that their pricing is a little bit high but not necessarily absurd. I'm very satisfied with the work they do. more
