The plumber from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing explained what he was doing and did a really good job. He fixed my under sink area and redid the entire area because the trap was leaking. He was knowledgeable and courteous and clean. There was no mess anywhere when he left, and it looks good. When I called them, they set up the appointment for the next day or day after and came and fixed it. Everything was great and far better than the first guy who came from another company and did a poor job.
