We had a leaky supply valve to the toilet tank, part of the piece was plastic and an internal part of the part was defective as well.
I was so thankful, they were able to get out to me on a Sunday. Mike was pleasant and told me what I expected as far as the plastic. He showed me the ring inside that was incorrect.
This was my first time using their service and already know I'll call them again next time something goes wrong!
