My car runs just fine, and if the day comes when it doesn't I guess I'll have to go get \r it fixed at a mechanic-just like everyone else in the world. These are all average people\r with average jobs just like you-so why not give them the break they gave you by \r selling you a car. I won't hesitate to send in anyone I know to buy here. more

Aside from the mouse cage, it all went well the day we came in for our van. \r The kids were out of control and the staff here just put in a movie and gave them a soda. \r We ran through the paperwork and did the whole deal rather quickly as a matter of fact. \r The van runs great and the kids survived the experience. I wanted to thank everyone\r for the experience because it surely could have gone alot worse all things considered. \r Very happy with the whole thing. more

My boyfriend and I just went in there today and had a great experience.\r It was about the sixth place we had been to today and by far, gave us the best treatment. \r Our sales guy was great and the owner gave us all the needed details.\r They even had problems on running my card at first and the owner took care of it.\r We would have never been able to go somewhere and get bank financing. \r I have a pending divorce and he has no credit. We really need a second car and found\r the perfect one for our family. We were in and out in less than an hour. \r They take car of all the DEQ and DMV. We got a great price on the Land Rover.\r I am so happy with it. Thank you guys so much! I will send anyone I know who\r needs a car here first. And if I ever need to buy another car, this will be the first place I go.\r more

I got a decent runner with a low down payment and managable monthly payments.\r I knew what I wanted, I knew what kind of money I had, and I was really surprised the \r financed me on such a decent car, I think some people aren't realistic about what 800 \r dollars can buy you. If you are realistic and need some help getting a car this is the place for you. more

Austins autos did me right, the gave me credit for my previous down payment \r and told me it would apply to any vehicle on the lot. Robert gave great customer service.\r We had some problems with our car, but it had nothing to do with the dealership. \r I am no longer an unhappy customer, and have since become impressed with their \r effort to go above and beyond the call of duty to make me a happy customer . \r Give these guys a chance . This lot is just like any other used car lot people. You get back exactly what you put in. If you're nice, you get nice back...if you're an ass that's what you're gonna get back. Need I say more? If I came in here with a lousy attitude I really don't think I would've left with the car I left in. But I did and I want to thank them for selling it to me to be honest with you. my friend went and bought a car at austins autos for 999.00 as- is. that evening it broke down.\r 9-29-10\r i was furiouse. went back with his car in tow to confront what i thought was a dis-honest deal.\r we were treated with respect and kindness despite our rudeness. not only that but they financed my friend a better car (which is an understatement) for a deal that was un-real!\r plus a100% refund on an as-is car! I must say I have had a completely different experience than these other reviewers. I have never in my life been so mistreated. The service started out good, where it seemed like they were willing to go out of their way for me; they dropped the price of the car and he ever met me in a more convenient spot. However, than the lying started. They said that the vehicle was in perfect condition, it was not. The biggest thing it was a missing drive shaft. After calling about it after I bought it, they said ""After driving the car for 5 minutes you know more about than we do."" That was an actual quote. If you don't know anything about cars, sell something else or do some research. He also said he could send me the title because I live in another state. After calling about it he said that is not at all true and he said ""You cannot trick me into mailing it to you."" I am not trying to trick anyone but I would like my title. He also conveniently forgot to mention their is a 3% charge for paying my phone. I am in customer service, so I know how to be treated. I would have been fired on the spot if I ever treated a customer as I was treated. They also said because they sell more cars than most car dealers they ""don't have time to deal with people."" Next time I would rather pay more and find someone who is willing to provide customer service. more
