I just made my 11th payment at this place. I bought a car here a year ago. The fat lady at the office was not very nice. that is my only complaint. I guess she doesnt work there any more. I bought a chev Z71. It was cheap. It has high miles , but has been a good truck. I make my payments on time. I was late twice. The first time, they did not charge me, the second time i payd $40 for 2 days. High I think, but its in my contract and i was late. I am posting at the managers request . He showed me about 25 file draws full of thousands of customer files. He said no one takes the time to post when they are happy. So here is a post. My name is jon, its a 98 chev z71, i still drive it everyday, and its a good truck. I have friends who have bot lotsa cars there, one friend has bot more than 10 cars. they have great deals, and do finance just about anybody. they financed me after even the places that say they finance anyone turnd me down. I just bought a car at Austins affordable autos! It was a painless experience. I would recommend them to anybody! They got me into a reasonable priced car thats reliable, and I dont have to worry about the car starting when I get into it! I needed something to get me back in forth to work and to get my kids back in forth to school. The salesmen did'nt pressure me into buying something that I didnt want. Definitly the place to go if you want to good service and get into something that you want. Dont listen to all these people on here you just have to come see for yourself. Its hard to come by good service these days, mostly at a car dealership. these dealers at austin's affordable autos do not have the same way of doing things as many lots out there. they let you have your look at the vehicals that you were interested in and don't hound you on buying it. i dont know bout you guys but it was a great experience. lots of dealerships dont have the desentcy to let you have a breath once in a while. This won't be my last time coming into Austin's. i had a wonderful time, and my car is in mindt condition. Im happy with the outcomes of this vehical and the overall experience of the dealership. you did a great job guys! more

So I went to Austins Affordable Dealer ship, right off of HWY 99, in Hazel Dell. Vancouver, WA. They had the best car salesmen I have ever met in my life. These guys were wonderful, friendly, very respectful & down right just HUMOROUS!!! I don't think I ever had that much fun at a car dealer ship. The BEST thing about them is... I highly recommend you drive by and put the pedal to the medal! What turned out as an above average visit of a used car dealership ended with us being verbally abused by a less-than professional dealership manager. We went in search of a used 7-series BMW for my husband. We have been looking for a couple of weeks and have yet to find the one that has the price and condition we are looking for. Austin's Affordable Autos had a listing on Craigslist (dot com) for such a vehicle. We met with a friendly used car salesman who showed us two vehicles and my husband test drove the one he liked the most. We let the salesman know we were looking around the area (Portland, OR) for the right care. Upon the return from the test drive we were informed by the salesman who just leaned from the manager that this car already had a deposit on it. As we were not ready to spring that moment to buy the vehicle the salesman told us if we give him our info he would contact us if they found another one. We walked inside to fill out the forms when the manager let us know that although there was a deposit on the vehicle he would pawn those people off on another vehicle and let us have this one. We were discussing our options when the managed exploded and said, ""Oh, I thought you were here to buy a car, not just to play around!"" We were utterly shocked by his outburst and finished filling out our info for the salesman. I offered that if the person with the deposit did not come through that he should call us. The rabid manager again yelled at us saying, ""Its SOLD! You cannot have it!"" At this point we collected our small children, the salesman who was helpful didn't even tell us goodbye and we headed back to our car. Do yourself a favor. Take your money elsewhere. If they treat you like this when you have cash in hand to buy a vehicle, just imagine if you wanted to look around and not purchase the first car you touch! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL Experience! more

The more you try and lie your way out of lying ,the easier it is to see your all liars and who's going to buy a car from you? Please try the same dumb scam again, I could always use another video. or better still try deleting all your reviews, then I can screen shot that too. There's no way out. bought a new forester from austin's after shopping at every other dealer in town. the ""other"" dealers did nothing but argue that there is no possible way i could get the price austin's was offering, they tried to convince me that this price was a mistake and refused to even come close to it. we went back to austin's & bought our new car at a great low price. we received excellent service from ray our salesman. i was happy to buy my car from austin's and will do business with them again. more

I've been wanting a car for ages and this is my first car and I got to chose what I wanted and I got it on my own! :) And they gave me financing so I can afford it. My car is sooo cute I loove it!! I purchased my car from Austin's four years ago, after walking off of four other lots. I got a great car for $4,100, which was under blue book. The transaction was quick and straight forward. The late model car held together beautifully, with only minor repairs and regular maintenance. This dealership deals with late model cars, so homework, and having the engine looked at by a knowledgeable person is always a good idea (regardless of where you buy from). I would not hesitate to look at cars at this lot in the future. more

I got a decent runner with a low down payment and manageable monthly payments. I knew what I wanted, I knew what kind of money I had, and I was really surprised the financed me on such a decent car, I think some people aren't realistic about what 800 dollars can buy you. If you are realistic and need some help getting a car this is the place for you. more

This lot is just like any other used car lot people. You get back exactly what you put in. If you're nice, you get nice back...if you're an ass that's what you're gonna get back. Need I say more? If I came in here with a lousy attitude I really don't think I would've left with the car I left in. But I did and I want to thank them for selling it to me to be honest with you. Nobody else was gonna sell me a car for pete's sake. Thanks guys. more

I got a car from Austin's a few months ago, and have been making monthly payments, I got their in-house financing, and I've had no problems with them. I've also had no problems with the car. Overall I had a good experience at Austin's and would recommend them. more

I have bad credit history, and most car lots turned me away. My friend recommended Austin's and I didn't wan to go because I had given up hope that somebody will finance me for a new car. Finally I went and I'm so glad I did. They have a good car selection and I was able to pick out what I wanted, and the best part is, they were able to finance me with my horrible credit. I was over the moon ecstatic. I love my new car, and I would recommend Austin's to everybody! more

I went in to get a new car, and I was shown around by the owner, Matt, and he was very nice and personable. I don't know why people write that he is a creepy pervert. He was helpful and funny, I got a new BMW, and I love it! I got it for a good price (I did my research) and I'm impressed by this dealership, and I will recommend this to all my friends, although the car and price will speak for itself. :) more

I was looking for a driveable work car that I could use so I wouldn't put so many miles on my 2000 Ford Ranger that my dad purchased before he died ""its my keepsake""I really loved my dad!\r Anyway I work at all the Prisons in Oregon and Washington so my miles add up fast driving to each place working on all the Investigators Computers. So I have a lot of Top Investigators that will vouch for my honesty.\r Austin's had this beautiful convertable 1996 Sabb that I fell in love with it's looks. Than when I drove it great test drive. This car was nicer than I was expecting. I have 800 plus so far on it and it drives like a dream. \r If you ask my wife she would tell you I was still a bit sceptic cause it runs so nice I keep looking for the oops! Well I'm still waiting hmmm? I guess it got me to just enjoy my special Saab. \r I was treated wonderful by everyone at Austin's. When I was called to come in and get my title and tags I patted them on the back and shook all their hands and told them how happy I was. I went to Austin's for my first car. The one I bought was in fairly good condition I was told that it may need a new battery and that was it. I currently live 2 hours away from Austin's and was down there visiting. After a week it brok down on me. It was leaking oil and had no fluids in it. When I called them to sort things out they were very rude to me and were comparing my broken car to a broken watch. I had some people look at my car and they said it was a blown head gasket. I broght them up to the better business bureu and they were unable to help. Austin's simply stated that it was sold as is. I bought my car for 1300 and no I have to fix my car myself. Im currently fixing it and needed my plates so I called them to get them to send them to me and they were again very rude and said they were unable to send the plates and insisted that i take a cab for 2 hours to get my plates from them. all in all they are a horrible business and no one should ever go there more
