I just made my 11th payment at this place. I bought a car here a year ago. The fat lady at the office was not very nice. that is my only complaint. I guess she doesnt work there any more. I bought a chev Z71. It was cheap. It has high miles , but has been a good truck. I make my payments on time. I was late twice. The first time, they did not charge me, the second time i payd $40 for 2 days. High I think, but its in my contract and i was late. I am posting at the managers request . He showed me about 25 file draws full of thousands of customer files. He said no one takes the time to post when they are happy. So here is a post. My name is jon, its a 98 chev z71, i still drive it everyday, and its a good truck. I have friends who have bot lotsa cars there, one friend has bot more than 10 cars. they have great deals, and do finance just about anybody. they financed me after even the places that say they finance anyone turnd me down. My boyfriend and I just went in there today and had a great experience. It was about the sixth place we had been to today and by far, gave us the best treatment. Our sales guy was great and the owner gave us all the needed details. They even had problems on running my card at first and the owner took care of it. We would have never been able to go somewhere and get bank financing. I have a pending divorce and he has no credit. We really need a second car and found the perfect one for our family. We were in and out in less than an hour. They take car of all the DEQ and DMV. We got a great price on the Land Rover. I am so happy with it. Thank you guys so much! I will send anyone I know who needs a car here first. And if I ever need to buy another car, this will be the first place I go more

I got a decent runner with a low down payment and managable monthly payments. I knew what I wanted, I knew what kind of money I had, and I was really surprised the financed me on such a decent car, I think some people aren't realistic about what 800 dollars can buy you. If you are realistic and need some help getting a car this is the place for you. more

I'm an old aquaintance of April Grindle's-this isn't just the work of a disgruntled employee-this is a lifetime of disgusting behavior-you are incompetent in everything you do. It doesn't start or end here. You have been ""unjustly"" fired from every job you've ever had-which isn't many to begin with. It's always either a ""family emergency"" or a ""problem with the kids' daycare"" or your back or your neck-come on April. If you don't get what you want from someone or get called out on the carpet you start the slandering process. I've had enough and have kept my voice silent long enough. The minute you meet someone you start the evidence collection process for the second you don't get whatever it is that you want. You never provide for your children-you can't keep a roof over your head long enough to give them any stability of any kind. You have no ammunition on me-I am an open book so go ahead and try. The people who mind don't matter and the people who matter don't mind. If you can't sleep with it, on it, or under it-why bother right? Earn your own money, get your own home and bills in your own name and quit using everyone and every situation around you. These people aren't your friends. They are just using you like you use everyone else, and when they're done they will discard you like an old tissue. Have some dignity and grow up and love your wonderful children the way they deserve. You treat them like crap and pawn them off on anyone who will take them so you can go out and get drunk. Find something better to do with your time and let the people who want to try to start over do just that. Nobody's perfect- and people have given you more than your first, second, third, and fourth chances deserve the same in return. All of this will be remembered down the road when you come crawling back to your ""friends"" and ask for forgiveness like you always do. Not this time sweet pea. Let people move on with their lives and find one of your own please. I really tried to be no matter what with you over the years but I can't stand by and watch this anymore. more

SHE HAS BEEN FIRED FROM EVERY JOB SHE HAS BEEN GIFTED IN RECENT YEARS AND LIVES OFF THE GOOD GRACES AND CHARITABLE MEN LIKE MR AUSTIN. WHEN THOSE GIFTS STOP SHE BRAGS OF HER CRIMINAL CONECTION AND ALL THE "" BAD MEN "" SHE KNOWS AND ALL SHE CAN MAKE HAPPEN TO YOU. THESE ARE HER 1 STAR POSTS. WE HAVE SOLD OVER 26,000 CARS IN 20 YEARS. HARD TO DO IF WE WERE OPERATING ILLEGALLY. GOOD LUCK APRIL, AND SPEND A LITTLE OF THIS TIME WITH THOSE POOR KIDS INSTEAD OF WRITING BS REVIEWS ALL DAY. Went to Austin's and got our Dodge Ram for the best price in town. :) They worked with us to make sure we have affordable payments. It was so fast and easy, definitely planning on buying from there in the future. more

I was in here one day and witnessed a total fit by an unhappy customer. She screamed and yelled and cursed-all while holding her toddler on her hip. I was embarrassed for her and everyone in the showroom. I bought my car as planned anyway. Darrel was kind and considerate and honest and that means a lot to me. The truck runs fine and I'm sure it will continue to do so. If anything happens, I'm positive Darrell will make sur it gets fixed more

This lot is the real deal. I really don't care what all those disgruntled dorks say. Only a guilty jackass would go online and post that kind of stuff. My car runs just fine, and if the day comes when it doesn't I guess I'll have to go get it fixed at a mechanic-just like everyone else in the world. These are all average people with average jobs just like you-so why not give them the break they gave you by selling you a car. I won't hesitate to send in anyone I know to buy here. more

I've made most of my payments on time and so far so good. When I came in this month they ran down to me what's been going on and I said I'd write a review. I'm just glad they've worked with me so far cuz I haven't always paid on time. So now they offered to take $20 off my next payment for doing this. Why not. stock # 3037 more

It could have been worse for this old lady-really. I'm not exactly young but I'm not exactly OLD either, but they treated me well and I can't complain. I'm sure they could have taken advantage of me-maybe anyone else might have. But they didn't. Darrell was very nice and went through everything and answered every question honestly. I appreciate how I was treated and will come back here if and when I need another car. The BMW is wonderful! more

I bought my truck here and I love it. I read through some of these reviews and you people really make me sick. Take some responsibility for yourselves. You screwed up your credit-not these guys. YOU didn't make your payments. YOU signed the contracts. If you're big enough to sign a contract maybe you should read it first. It's in plain english if you hadn't noticed. I may not have come on here if I hadnt been asked to, but I posted this out of sheer principle. Reality isn't always pretty people-but at least these guys were real with me. more

Aside from the mouse cage, it all went well the day we came in for our van. The kids were out of control and the staff here just put in a movie and gave them a soda. We ran through the paperwork and did the whole deal rather quickly as a matter of fact. The van runs great and the kids survived the experience. I wanted to thank everyone for the experience because it surely could have gone alot worse all things considered. Very happy with the whole thing. more

I've been hearing and reading some crazy stuff about this car lot. Thank god my experience wasn't like some of the others. It wasn't like I was buying a Mercedez or anything, but it wasn't like I was buying a Radio Flyer from the toy store either. The staff was courteous and realistic about what the deal was and the cars and prices were also realistic. I don't know what the big deal is anyways. I needed a car-and they had one to sell me. This lot is just like any other used car lot people. You get back exactly what you put in. If you're nice, you get nice back...if you're an ass that's what you're gonna get back. Need I say more? If I came in here with a lousy attitude I really don't think I would've left with the car I left in. But I did and I want to thank them for selling it to me to be honest with you. I've heard a lot of things about the owner. I don't know about all those other people, but he was completely cool to me. He's no suit and tie for sure, but I don't have any complaints about him or his lot. He sold me a truck and offered me financing when I couldn't get it anywhere else. No problems with him, his lot or the truck I bought. It runs good and that's exactly what I needed-an A-to-B vehicle. more

I went in to pay my bill and they offered me $20 off my next payment to post a review if I was happy with my experience and my car. So here goes: the entire experience was pretty good. The car was reasonably priced and the service was acceptable. They were honest about the cars defects and assured me they would take care of me, and I believe them. stock # 3030 more

Buying a car sucks most of the time, but these guys were really down to earth and didn't hold back with me in regards to the quality of the cars I was looking at. The options and price were more than affordable and I will definitely be back here for my next car when it's time. Thanks for treating me like a person guys. more
