Review content:
I must say I have had a completely different experience than these other reviewers. I have never in my life been so mistreated. The service started out good, where it seemed like they were willing to go out of their way for me; they dropped the price of the car and he ever met me in a more convenient spot. However, than the lying started. They said that the vehicle was in perfect condition, it was not. The biggest thing it was a missing drive shaft. After calling about it after I bought it, they said ""After driving the car for 5 minutes you know more about than we do."" That was an actual quote. If you don't know anything about cars, sell something else or do some research. He also said he could send me the title because I live in another state. After calling about it he said that is not at all true and he said ""You cannot trick me into mailing it to you."" I am not trying to trick anyone but I would like my title. He also conveniently forgot to mention their is a 3% charge for paying my phone. I am in customer service, so I know how to be treated. I would have been fired on the spot if I ever treated a customer as I was treated. They also said because they sell more cars than most car dealers they ""don't have time to deal with people."" Next time I would rather pay more and find someone who is willing to provide customer service.
