I JUST BOUGHT A CAR! I'm very, very, very, excited about my new car. I am so in love with it, it's just crazy. I can't believe I actually own my own car. After months of saving my $$ I finally own a decent car. I don't know why their cars are so cheap here, the same dealer ship down the street from Austin's was selling the same car for $1000 more. I had my mechanic look at it and everything under the hood seems just fine. THANK YOU. more

My credit is just down right bad. No one will finance me because of this. Not very many car lots will. Lucky for me, they have places like Austin's Affordable that do. I got my new used car & I love it. I'm no longer looking or asking for rides. I just absolutely love it. more

My grand daughter just started working at Austins Affordable a few weeks ago. I read a comment stating that the owner of this company was racist and only hires ""hot"" young blonds.\r \r My grand daughter is a women of Color. She has jet black hair and fairly dark skin. She is indeed borderline ugly, give or take. I don't know what you these people have against the owner. But when you jeapordize the name of a business you are also jeapordizing the future of the employee's. \r \r My grand daughter has stated that she loves her job & that the attitude & atmospher of the company and other employees are good. I told her about the nasty reviews that were being posted on here & also asked if the company was posting fraugilant reviews. She simply replied back, that the nasty reviews were from a previous employee that was repossessing cars from customers when their payments were not even due yet. This former employee was commiting fraugilant acts towards the customers, so the owner had to let her go. \r \r I figured it must of been her who posted these horrible reviews, to try an steer good honest people from a good company. \r \r You are playing with peoples lives when you post these horrible reviews online for other people to see. \r \r If you had a bad experience here, it must of not been your day, or your attitude affected theirs. My neice highly recommends this company and I will trust in her word. Not some disgruntle ex-employee, who is out to get vengence. \r \r I've seen more good reviews on this business then I have bad. more

So I went to Austins Affordable Dealer ship, right off of HWY 99, in Hazel Dell. Vancouver, WA. They had the best car salesmen I have ever met in my life. These guys were wonderful, friendly, very respectful & down right just HUMOROUS!!! I don't think I ever had that much fun at a car dealer ship. The BEST thing about them is... I DIDN'T feel like they were trying to get the best of me. I think I actually got the best of them. Their IN-HOUSE financing works to fit your budget & goal. If anyone goes there these guys will for sure try and get you a great working vehicle for the price that is right for you... I have been searching for a reliable car for a couple months now.... I searched many many websites and never found anything i could buy with my credit. i had money down just horrible credit from a recent divorce.... My X took me through the cleaners after 12 years of Marriage..... So i came a crossed Austins online. decide to make a phone call and see where it would take me. I found the salesmen to be very helpful and respectful...... I had 2500.00 down to put towards a car. Austin's allowed me to do a (in-house financing )... was able to make my monthly payments within my budget.. They not only wanted to sale me a car and but wanted me to be able to keep it and afford it. more

I love to walk... When I want to. I can't stand, taking the bus. I always get lost. Thank goodness for Austins Affordable for financing me. I have a good running car & even though gas is high. It beats taking the bus & taking 1 hour just to get to work. Thanks guys! I promise I'll recommend all my friends to you guys. Hopefully, they will give me a break with my next payment, i think it's going to be late. They should, after this review and looking at all the other ones. Insanity, it'll getcha! more

I dont know why i keep seeing bad comments being \r \r made about Austin's Affordable... I have bought about \r \r four cars from them in the last few years and nothing \r \r has ever been wrong with them. I have never had a bad \r \r experience or have been threaten for being late with a \r \r payment. They have always worked with me and treated \r \r me like a valued customer. I would be happy to bring a \r \r friend or family member to this car lot anytime! Hello!\r \r My name is Jennifer. I just bought a car from, Austin's Affordable Auto, TODAY! I purchased a 96 Mercury Cougar. All black exterior w/ decent interior, it's used, so I wasn't expecting anything immaculate... Anyways so I bought the car TODAY (5/25/2011). Took it for a test drive all over town. I even took it onto the freeway... My father taught me that if your going to test drive a car, you atleast need to test drive it on the freeway, & if they tell you ""NO, FREEWAY'S,"" walk away from that car & that dealership. I really like this car, so I'm stoked they didn't tell me not to go on the freeway. The car did wonderful, ran just fine, not like a brand new car, but for a used car. It's AWESOME! He then told me that they had just recieved it as a trade in as of yesterday (5/24/2011) right before they were closing.\r \r I left the lot w/ my new car. I get home & start playing with all the gadgets, never looking into the ash tray's or the floor. I then notice that the previous owner was a smoker, considering all the cigerette buts that were inside of it. Then began to realize that the car smelled of smoke. I guess I had been so excited about it I didnt' notice the cigarette smell. I drove the car back, telling the guy who sold the car to me about the ash trays & the smell & was seeing if I could look around for another one, sounding disappointed. He then tells me that he will detail it him self & lysol spray all the inside of the car & come back in an hour.\r \r Sure enough I let him do that for me. He cleaned out the hole entire car & even put a new air freshner in it for me. (what a sweetheart he was). \r \r So thanked him & before I left the girl inside asked me to write a review on my little adventure with them today.\r \r Here is your guy's review... Keep up the good work, & thank you so much FREDDY!! While I was at Austins Affordable, I didn't see any unhappy customers. I must of been there for about 2 and 1/2 hours. I seen plenty of people coming in to pay their bills & not one of them looked angry or upset... They all seemed satisfied with the cars they had purchased from this lot... Now seeing this, made me feel much more comfortable signing all the paper work & had me at ease. So I honestly have no idea why, these people are saying such horrible things about the car lot. If must be an angry EX or something. No body would waist their time video tapping, posting, & just down right lie about the owner of a businesses unless you had personal relationship that went sour. It's the only thing that makes sense. So if you are looking for a car & are on a budget. I highly suggest that you go to Austins's Affordable. They will honestly take very good care of you. I've had my car for a while now & i am very much happy with it. These review are here to help people know the truth. So don't let these FAKE reviews, that i'm guessing are probably from an EX-girlfriend or something, steer you away from an honest, decent businesses. more

My credit is horrible. I've been to so many dealer ships. No one will finance me... My uncle told me about Austins Affordable... He bought his car from there a couple years ago. So I end up going there & sure enough, they in-house financed me! I couldn't believe it. I have my car, my payments are very expensive, next thing i need to do is get my title from them. which I am going to do today, along with my final payment! I'm really excited. I finally OWN my car. After 8 payments, I actually own my car!!! I AM VERY HAPPY! THANKS GUYS! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!! more

Freddy, here! Ummm, I was asked to write a review on my experience. here it goes... #1- Not to shabby. I mean, they didn't roll out the RED CARPET for me or anything, but they were humble & seemed very nice. Then again who wouldn't be, when they are trying to sell something. #2- Not only did they finance me, with my horrible credit, but this was the 12th car lot that i had gone to before anyone of them would finance me. (THANK YOU AUSTINS!) & LAST but not LEAST... No one was being rude, or obscene. My experience was decent & if I had to, I would go back & purchase another car from them. more

WOW!!! i thought this was a website to write a review? its starting to look like a battle field... Do you not have anything better to do then SLANDER other people & bear false witness on them. You, lady/guy, seriously need to get a hobby, job, & a life. GO play with your kids... LAUGHING OUT LOUD! This review stuff is getting out of CONTROL... Not everyone is going to have a wonderful experience, & that goes for any used car lot... if you don't pay your bill, of course your car is going to get repossessed! It's common knowledge & anyone who doesn't know that must not be very smart. USED CARS! This automatically means, somewhere down the road your going to have problems, with the car... Again, common knowledge. It's a USED CAR!! Also, this is a place to write reviews on your experiences. What in the world are you doing?? Not everyone is going to have a good experience, depending on their attitude & the salesperson. That does not give someone the right to call someone ""DUMB"" just because they had something good to say about their experience. You have to be ""DUMB"" to be so judge mental & think just because someone had a good experience somewhere, they automatically are DUMB. At the end of the day. This is what I have to say... While i was at Austins Affordable, I seen some guy try to test drive a vehicle, revving the engine while in park. So someone, I'm guessing Matt Austin, kicked him off of the lot. I would too, that is how you break cars. REVVING THE engine so high while in park, is asking to throw a throttle through the engine block. I'm a girl, & even I know this. That was the only rude treatment I seen go on while I was there & I would have done the same exact thing, except I would have asked that jerk to give me his keys, so I can then Rev his engine R.P.M's till it started knocking. My experience was good. I guess you just have to go in there & see for yourself. They say, ""different strokes for different folks."" I like them, some may not, & some may feel the same. Don't let me or others determine where you go. Funny thing is i drove past there the other day & their sign reads ""AWFUL SERVICE, BUT GREAT DEALS"" I started laughing really hard. I don't remember that their service was bad, but I do remember that they had ""GREAT DEALS!"" I've had my car for over a year. It still runs. more

Austin's Affordable is one of the best car lots around the portland/vancouver area... Not only was I satisfied by the honda accord I just leased from their lot, but the owner himself was there, & asked me to write a review about my experience there.\r \r 1st... The salesmen that helped me pick a car out wasn't only respectful, & helpful, he was honest. He told me the car might need an oil change. So of course he recommend an mechic shop for me to take it to. He also called the mechanic & set an appointment up for me to bring my car into. Which, I did. My honda now runs greater then it did.\r \r 2nd... The salesmen there weren't hounding me with that ""buy, buy, buy mantality."" They actually let me look around & were asking questions about what I had wanted & what best fit me.\r \r 3rd... When I spoke with the owner, I think his name was Mat, I can't remember. He wasn't rude, lude, or offensive. He was respectful & made me a better deal on my payments then his salesman did, after I mentioned I had a 2 year old son. My payments dropped from $168 to $97!!! That right there made me want to write this review. \r \r GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT FOR YOUR OWN SAKE & YOU CAN BE JUDGE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!\r \r My experience was WONDERFUL!! more

Your logic is flawed-I am a real customer, who just made my payment and was asked ""do you like us, \r \r \r \r \r do you like your car?"" I answered yes to both and was asked to post a review telling my true story. \r \r \r \r \r Matt, the manager, walked me to a storage room and showed me files of over 20,000 sales folders-each a different customer. \r \r \r \r \r The stock numbers on the reviews are so we can get $20 credit off our next payment for telling our story as happy customers. \r \r \r \r \r He said 26,000 sales and only the 6 or 8 really pissed off people who had a bad experience post reviews. he told me not to lie or embelish, but to tell what I actually believed. \r \r \r \r \r Anybody in their right mind knows that used cars have flaws-use your brains people. \r \r \r \r \r If we had stellar credit there would be no need to use in-house financing to get a car. \r \r \r \r \r This lot has treated me well and I plan to do the same.
