Bought myself a truck around the first week of November and had a great experience. The staff were nice, helpful and straight forward and I was happy with the overall purchase. Got a good deal on a sound truck. Recommend them to whoever is looking for a used vehicle. more

All I can say is just go in there! These guys have great service and I will continue to buy from them. After buying myself a car from the Austin's Autos in Portland, I suggested my friend to go to the Austin's in Vancouver (closer to her). We went in September (2013) and they were awesome! It was a quick, easy and friendly process! My friend ended up getting a great car and it hasn't had any problems since. I bought a SUV (10-29-2013) from these people(Austin's on 99) and in two days time the ball joint breaks and control arm scrapes alone the ground LUCKY no one got hurt $1200 fix, my doors don't shut worn out bushings another $800 has a misfire was told need tune-up but really found a cylinder with low compression $2200. And finding more problems, they did not want talk to my insurance about anything. Matt (Manager) wanted to give me $100 to keep this Information off the internet. But if I can keep one person from getting hurt from these BAD people, its worth more than $100. Even his girlfriend which would lie for him, argues with me on FB. I wish I'd never came to their lot. the guy sold me the car no longer works there because he held the sign like he bought the car he lied about selling good quality cars the owner does more

Do not go to these people, my daughter in law bought a car there and made payments for a year, and not once did they ever send her any kind of receipt or any kind of invoice!! When she called to get a pay off they had to work a number up?? What is that, well what that is my friends is a scam, oh I'm sure they are just flying by the seat of their pants to not get shut down!! Also the nice comments are from their employees!! Not one encounter that I have had with this business has been professional in any way, completely rude and unacceptable! more

I bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee five months ago. Haven't had one problem with it at all. This is the best place to buy a car. I was late 20 days with my payment.They have great customer service, and help me with any promblems I have. if your looking to buy a great car and deal with helpfull people go to austin's! more

I am 19 years old and just got my first car at Austins. My dad took me there because we have bought four cars for our family at Austins over the past two years. We wouldn't keep going back if we weren't happy with them. They sell inexpensive vehicles at discounted prices. I love my new Jetta and couldn't have gotten it if it wasn't for their easy inhouse financing. Thanks again Austins!! more

Don't buy from these guys! They are crooks. Bought a Kia from them on Friday and it ended up in the shop today with blown head gasket. THERE IS NO WAY THEY DID NOT KNOW. DENNY IS A CROOK don't trust him.\r more

If you want a piece of crap that lasts one day - go here. We purchased a vehicle from Austin's a few years back and it did okay. We went back for a 2nd vehicle. We were interested in one vehicle that even the sale man said he wouldn't buy and he recommended us to another one. After the test drive, the vehicle engine was covered in oil and smoking really bad. That should have been our sign, but we gave them the benefit of a doubt. We purchased a car, and the next day it's in the shop with over $700 worth of repairs that we had to have done to make it work. When I call and speak with Lori the manager, all I get is that I was ""hostile""...when I didn't do anything but explain that I was frustrated and how much everything was costing us - and I showed receipts for everything! THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME! more

i have now bought two autos from austin's they just get better and better! i had a wreck with my van and the stafff at austin's helped me figure out the complications and hold-ups with my insurance company--and, once again, found me the very car i'd totally dreamed of--a red pt cruiser--in pristine shape.i'm overwhelmed!!i can ask the mechanic questions when i go to make my monthly payment; the office manager is friendly and helpful; and matt austin is the manager who makes this all happen. not to speak ill of myself, but i'm a 65 year old woman with several chronic illnesses and quite a few recent financial difficulties: for the life of me i can't figure out how the people at austin's could have an ulterior motive for being nice to me.the only thing i can figure is that they are being the pleasant, kind people they are at the good car dealership they have whenever they are given even a little bit of a chance\r .god bless you, matt, lori, preston, & everybody else\r \r ps i've been in there when people were yelling at the girls a couple of ties,: and to one woman i'll tell you, lady--i wouldn't want to talk to you about ways i could help you either ; the way you were talking.. more

Honest salesman and staff. They went through each car with me and were completely honest about any problems the car may have. It was refreshing getting honesty from a car lot. I've been to several over the last few weeks trying to find a new car. Bought one from Austin's and don't regret it! more

Came in here a whim because I'm on a pretty limited budget thanks to life :-) The salesman was beyond friendly and showed me cars I could afford. Never pushed me to spend more then I had, was completely honest with me about any issues there may have been with each vehicle I looked at. Was definitely the first car experience I've had in a long time that didn't make me feel like I needed a shower after purchasing my vehicle! more

Not only were they paitient, while I was trying to decide a vehicle that i felt suited me, but they helped me with picking the right one. I'm on a pretty strict budget so I checked this lot out because they have some amazing prices. I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received! The staff here are amazing. I will definitely tell everyone I know to check them out, and whenever I am ready for another car I will be back! more

The worst car lot I've seen! Most of their cars were dead from sitting so long. One had a rod knocking. One had a blown head gasket. One I wanted to look at they didn't even have the key. After looking through a few of their cars and pointing out how bad they were the sales guy(s) just vanished. Finally found a car that was decent, and when it was time to buy with cash they wanted ""glue"" money to walk in the back room with. WTF!!!!? Overall I'd give this place a 0.1 out of 10! Crappy cars, poor service, and shady business transactions. Stay away from this place! more

The worst experience ever!!!!! We called them to find out the mileage on an older car and were told we asked a STUPID question. Now get this, the sales guy just hung up. We called again, and now it was a DUMB question and were hung up on again. Just imagine you go there personally. How will they treat you? I don't want to even think about it. No doubt they will rip you off if they don't even take the time to treat potential customers well. more

Nice, friendly, and honest service. I did not feel pressured one bit and the selection was nice. Prices were fairly reasonable and the vehicles I test drove drove pretty nicely. I will be back! Thanks. more
