It could have been worse for this old lady-really. I'm not exactly young but I'm not exactly OLD either, but they treated me well and I can't complain. I'm sure they could have taken advantage of me-maybe anyone else might have. But they didn't. Darrell was very nice and went through everything and answered every question honestly. I appreciate how I was treated and will come back here if and when I need another car. The BMW is wonderful!
