We have several of their rugs in our house. We love them and they are beautiful. I am looking at three of the rugs right now and they still look like they did when we put them in. They are cleaned annually and they have held up very well. They have a very nice selection. I like their price point, quality, and selection. I am in the luxury home design business and have seen everything. They know their product, they are personable, and very knowledgeable. more

We loved our experience at Arizona Rug Company! 2/4/2012

After looking three different places, we were overwhelmed with the prices, underwhelmed with the quality and selection, and found the rugs at Arizona Rug Company to be "just right." Finally we found two gorgeous rugs of very high quality that we love. Greg was very knowledgeable and gave us EXCELLENT service and a fair price for both of them. The rugs will live in fairly close proximity to each other and he was great at helping us find two rugs that could happily co-exist within the same general area. They are exquisite on the floor and absolutely bring the room to life. We are literally walking on art. We absolutely love them and are so happy with our purchase. more

Best Persian Rug Store Store 1/25/2012

Very clean store with a huge selection and an easy view rack system. I was very impressed by the quality of the rugs and how they are organized. They even offer rug repair and that was a must for me! Living in AZ, you get tons of dust and what not on your fine rugs. They came to my home and picked up my rugs and did an amazing job at the cleaning and fringe repairs. more

Ed at your Zocallo location was a joy to deal with. 11/13/2011

The rug we selected is beautiful in our house. Our rug was not in your inventory and had to be ordered. It took about a week, as Ed told us, and I went to your store and took it home. As it turned out the rug was too big and Ed said he could alter it. It was ready in 2 days and he did it at no charge. more

Since April, I have been buying all new furniture--the "works!" The folks at AZ Rug Co. -- Scottsdale gave me their undivided attention which resulted in one of the most positive buying experiences-ever. They allowed me to take home 9 rugs and encouraged me to lay them out for few days to see if they would enhance the warmth of my home--not just a house. I called and told Omar that the rug in the Kitchen would not work. Also I wanted his input regarding what he thought! I only returned one rug. The selection and quality are the best in the area. Pottery Barn, West Elm, Macy's, etc, don't even come close to the service of AZ Rugs. The owner and every associate are there to help you address your needs. Never did I encounter a negative situation. If you want to be treated like royalty and are looking for good value, you're missing out if you don't at least stop in and view AZ Rugs product offerings AND meet some people that have a passion for their business---Good luck, they meant my needs! They are a premier merchant and can be trusted--Larry H more

I was totally blown away when I walked in this store, they have a huge collection . 10/6/2011

I spent about a half an hour in this store and was was helped by Greg Papazyan, who could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable and patient with me. He was gracious enough to offer the rug on a trial basis, just to see if the colour and the size was right. IT was, I love the rug and shall go back there when I need another one and also recommend it to my friends . more

We needed a small rug; they were all stacked up and Ed pulled off each rug for us. He suggested that we take 2 rugs home with us so we could better make a decision. Both times I have been in the store he has been very welcoming, accomodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store. more

We just recently moved here from the east coast, and I was looking for a new area rug for our house. Arizona Rug Company was about the eighth store I had been in. I found something I liked. They were very helpful. They made some good suggestions. They put it on the floor for me to see what it looked like. I still need to bring it back to have them stain proof it. I'd recommend this company to others. more

Best Rug Company 6/22/2011

We had the best experience shopping at Arizona Rugs, we needed a certain size (10x14 ft) and Omar knew exactly which rugs came in that size. When we asked about delivery he said he could have it to our house in 3 1/2 hr. no charge for delivery. I said what if I don't like it once I get it in place . I won't charge you for the rug till after you see it in your house. This was a way better experience than I had found at World of Rugs in Peoria, the saleman there sat at his computor and told us we could read the backs of the carpets to see which one's came in that size. When we asked about delivery he says you can find a friend with a truck to deliver it. Can you believe that. Arizona rugs is the best and got my business, what a great experience shopping there compared to World of Rugs more
