We had the best experience shopping at Arizona Rugs, we needed a certain size (10x14 ft) and Omar knew exactly which rugs came in that size. When we asked about delivery he said he could have it to our house in 3 1/2 hr. no charge for delivery. I said what if I don't like it once I get it in place . I won't charge you for the rug till after you see it in your house. This was a way better experience than I had found at World of Rugs in Peoria, the saleman there sat at his computor and told us we could read the backs of the carpets to see which one's came in that size. When we asked about delivery he says you can find a friend with a truck to deliver it. Can you believe that. Arizona rugs is the best and got my business, what a great experience shopping there compared to World of Rugs
