Since April, I have been buying all new furniture--the "works!" The folks at AZ Rug Co. -- Scottsdale gave me their undivided attention which resulted in one of the most positive buying experiences-ever. They allowed me to take home 9 rugs and encouraged me to lay them out for few days to see if they would enhance the warmth of my home--not just a house. I called and told Omar that the rug in the Kitchen would not work. Also I wanted his input regarding what he thought! I only returned one rug. The selection and quality are the best in the area. Pottery Barn, West Elm, Macy's, etc, don't even come close to the service of AZ Rugs. The owner and every associate are there to help you address your needs. Never did I encounter a negative situation.
If you want to be treated like royalty and are looking for good value, you're missing out if you don't at least stop in and view AZ Rugs product offerings AND meet some people that have a passion for their business---Good luck, they meant my needs!
