I had a timeframe for an icemaker repair on Friday, Aug 31 between 11 - 2. Repairman showed up at around 4 (no call to tell me he'd be late, and when I called the main number at 2:30 to check his status the voicemail box was full). I was told I needed a new motor ($238.40). Repairman said I should have a full ice compartment within 24 hours. I still had no ice by Tuesday (it was a holiday weekend), so I called and made an appointment for Wednesday, between 8 - 12. The owner told me it could be a valve since there was no water in the ice cube tray (did I EVER need a new motor????) I waited the entire day and they were a no show. I did speak to the owner once at around 1:30 and he said he would check on the status and call me back. Never heard from anyone since and it's now 6pm. Repeated phone calls just went to voice mail. Of course, they didn't waste any time depositing my check for repairs that didn't work.I wasted 2 entire days waiting for them and missed a job interview in the process. UNRELIABLE, UNDEPENDABLE WITH QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! If and when the repairs are done correctly I will post the new status.
