We have not had much luck with service companies since moving here to Arizona. Originally we were going to just replace the appliance. We were referred to The Appliance Connection from the manufacturer. So glad that we called! They were prompt in returning phone calls, actually were early for scheduled appointment (how often does that happen!), and friendly, fast, and efficient! Even received a follow up phone call the following week to make sure all was well! Cannot not recommend them more highly!!
