I called this so called ""company"" conserning my Samsung dryer, and set up an apointment for Friday. Friday came along and I recieved a call from the owner Ray. Ray told me that he had just checked my repair ticket and realized that they did not have access to the parts they needed. Ray told me that he contacted his sister company that could complete the repairs and that I should get a call from one of the other company reps as soon as I hung up. An hour later I called the company however they knew nothing about this matter. I called Ray back, and he told me that he would attempt to get the parts and call me back in a few minutes. An hour an a half later I called Ray but the guy wont answer his phone. I have called the guy three times and left message but he won't return my calls. What a worth less so called ""Company"". Dont waste your time by calling these idiots.
