I've used this company for years. They've been very fair and friendly over the years (to me).\r
In the past six months, they have gone completely downhill. Their rates went up considerably\r
and they rarely show up, call or arrive when promised. If you have a choice of hiring this company or\r
buying a completely new appliance, DO NOT CALL THE APPLIANCE CONNECTION IN GILBERT, AZ!!.
Cons: They don't call back, they don't show up and they take your money without finishing the work.
