This is a company that does not provide any service. After paying for a part and labor, it took them several months before installing the part. Five calls later and several missed appointments, they finally installed the part and assured me that they will come back out in three days to see if the appliance needed an ""adjustment"". Never showed up. After a few more calls, Ray did not even pick up or return calls. I finally called the company's phone number and asked for Ray (the owner). He actually picked up the phone and disguised his voice with a southern accent! He was pleasant and verified the information (appliance location and contact phone number) and assured me that Ray will get on it. Didn't happen.\r

A warning to future customers: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS THE WORSE SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I regretted using this company and if I had seen the bad reviews prior to calling them for service, I would have never called them. If I could give this company a negative five star rating, I would. \r

Luckily, my credit card company has refunded my money and I ended up getting a new appliance.
